Location
The restaurant closing early,i had to go out to eat ,most disappointing .
The. Lighting in my room didn’t work as a result i cut my arm in the dark . The staff are dead the room to fix the lights it was a tripped out switch and gave me plasters for my arm . I hope they put it in the accident book

Good location, close to city center. Big comfy room and bed.
We were unable to control lights separately in our room. It was either all of them on or all of them off, which made it tricky to read in bed while husband slept next to me. Also, we were not aware that the breakfast we purchased was a basket of dry cereal items and pastries—would have opted for breakfast buffet with proper English breakfast foods elsewhere instead.

Beautiful hotel with very individual and quirky bedrooms. Very comfortable bed. Fully stocked mini bar and a decent coffee machine. Prosecco on arrival, which was a lovely perk. Really nice and helpful staff.

I liked the room it was clean and tidy.
Nice big TV was nice
Comfy sofa and nice big table.
Breakfast was late
Only had continental breakfast on offer, no full English available
Small sheet head too low down, should of been higher wall hung
No box of tissues
Iron but no ironing board
Underfloor heating in bathroom too hot, needs to be turned down a bit as someone could burn their feet
No shower cap available
