Stayed for Sparkle 2026. Was hot in the room and with no AC was at least expecting a fan of sorts! Room was small but comfortable. Very noisy at night but didnt bother me that much. Have stayed there a few times now so know what to expect.

The convenience of the location, comfortable beds.
It was already a given that there would be noises till late because of its location but that’s no problem if you’re very tired from exploring Manchester.. It’s more of a heads up that there is noise but we didn’t mind it.
And also: if there are two of you and one goes out to explore the city make sure to let the staff around know that there’s still somebody left INSIDE your room because I didn’t appreciate being WALKED IN while I was changing in the room despite me calling out that I was still inside the room when the staff starting to use the key for the door. Because they “thought we both have left the room” the staff that went in didn’t even knock prior to entering and wasn’t very apologetic when she saw that I was still changing.
