The location was very convenient. The staff were helpful and gave good tips on how to get around town. The room was nicely decorated. We also used the spa next door which was good.
The roof top pool was not open and we did not know before arriving. Also not clear water in fridge was chargeable.
Although my wife got a facial, which was a mask, but no head massage whilst it was setting which felt like a miss.

Gorgeous and high quality decor. Thermal village was lovely.
Found the reception staff unhelpful. Appreciate they are probably stressed out, but they seemed really dismissive and unwilling to help. The security and maintenance teams were great when I was struggling with a door lock fault over two days.
