Staff were so friendly, especially Sara the receptionist she was so welcoming and even upgraded us. It’s so close to all the places we wanted to go and Arndale shopping center is just a 10 minute walk away. Theatres are all so close by and everything is walkable from this location. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.
The only negative I had was that one evening the spa pool was cold but the next day the temperature was fine.

The guy at the check-in desk was really helpful and gave us an early check-in. Also its a great hotel with an amazing location
I requested Spa robes and slippers at 12ish from guest relations, but they didnt arrive. So I had to call back at 5ish. But otherwise great.
