Definitely worth a visit!

We stayed in Kremen for one night. Check-in was very fast and easy, the staff were kind and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a nice balcony. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the atmosphere and food in the restaurant were fantastic. Thanks for the great experience!

Everything was great! Because of the traffic on our way we were a bit late and checked in a little after midnight and they were very understanding and had someone to wait for us.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The room is a lot nicer than in the pictures, we were pleasantly surprised. Easy to park and close to the Rila monastery.

Superb

The location is very good. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the rooms very clean and comfortable. They have a great playground, a great reward for kids who travelled for hours. We will choose this hotel again.

I like that there was place for the kids, beautiful garden outside with a restaurant ! There was live music at the evening, the owner was very welcoming and all the stuff as well! We would be back anytime we can and we recommended to everybody! Thank you so much!

The hotel was good value for money and the staff were pleasant and very polite.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Made us welcome even though they had a large function going on. There was parking close to the hotel, which was of the main street and reasonably easy to access. On our second night we used the restaurant and found the staff very good.

There were no coffee making facilities and bedside lamps would have been very useful. The bathroom was a little on the small side.

За втори път се връщаме в хотел Кремен у този път успя да задоволи, дори да ни изненада със страхотната обстановка, обслужване и всичко останало. Стаята ни беше много по-голяма в сравнение с първия път. Чистота беше на ниво, храната в ресторанта беше супер вкусна, отново. При следващо завръщане в Благоевград, отново ще бъде нашия избор.

Чистотата

Постоянен шум от аспирацията на кухнята. Липсва ред в хотелската част, не се пази тишина и не може да се спи нормално. В ресторанта предложената храна е по-скоро за крайпътно заведение. Поръчанато ризото беше направено от замразен микс от зеленчущи и беше ужасно, а питката беше притоплена в MW фурна.

Experienta total neplacuta si traumatizanta pentru noi si copii.

Din pacate experienta noastra a fost total neplacuta, traumatizanta si nemaiintalnita in nicio alta locatie. Ne-am cazat aici, bazandu-ne pe evaluarile locatiei, pentru a ne odihni si a merge a doua zi spre casa, dar ne-am trezit in miezul noptii cu foarte multe plosnite in pat, pe pereti si am fost muscati de acestea.

Plosnite, mirosul foarte neplacut in camere (4 duble), pereti murdari si sparti, galagia de la petrecerea din restaurant si mesele mutate ulterior. Am fost nevoiti sa ne strangem toate bagajele si sa plecam imediat cu totii spre casa (adulti si copii), fara a o alta optiune de cazare, dar si foarte obositi. Din pacate pozele incarcate nu apar dupa afisarea postarii, desi avem optiunea de incarcare in chestionar.

Loc perfect pentru tranzit

Camerele sunt frumoase și foarte curate, situate intr-o zona linistita a orasului. Restaurantul de la parterul hotelului a fost incredibil - cu un meniu extrem de bogat, de la pizza la friptură și sushi bowls, foarte gustoase, la preturi bune.

Soddisfatta e tornerò x la comodità

Colazione non inclusa x il mio pacchetto. Ma penso non sia inclusa x nessuno o forse bisogna mettersi d'accordo. La posizione è di facile raggiungimento. Noi con macchina a noleggio. Ma ho visto di fronte anche fermata bus.nelle vicinanze c'è tutto il necessario come servizi.

Здравейте, хотела е чудесен, стаята беше супер чиста, храната невероятно вкусна и персонала изключително любезен. Собственичката е супер мила и отзивчива. Определено ако отново имаме път към Благоевград ще се настаним в него. Препоръчвам с две ръце !
