Great stay!

A very cozy and clean hotel run by an exceptionally friendly and welcoming family. Its location is perfect — just a 7-minute walk from the town center, and it’s situated in a quiet area right next to the mountain and the eco path. Highly recommend!

Kind, friendly, and welcoming owners who went out of their way to accommodate our late arrival. Good location a short walk to the town center and comfortable, clean, and well equipped rooms. Second time visiting and would stay again without hesitation.

An excellent day in Blagoevgrad

Everything was great. Although we had a very short stay, we appreciated the excellent accommodation conditions and the very pleasant way in which we were welcomed and treated by the host, namely the young lady. We really liked the hotel, the accommodation conditions, but also the surroundings and the fact that it is very close to the city center. We hope to come back and stay for more days to explore the area around the city. Thank you.

Excellent, very clean place to stay with awesome owners and a nice location!

Exceptionally clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable and there is everything you need for a short relaxing stay. The owners were very kind and friendly and they also helped us plan what to visit in Blagoevgrad. The property is located in the old centre, lots of historic buildings nearby, some great food, and a park right across the property. We had no complaints!

The location was perfect and within walking distance to center of town, room was clean and host was very nice.

I only wish that there was a coffee maker in the room. They do serve coffee if you ask, but only after 8-8:30 am.

Peacefulness in the city

Just perfect location of the hotel, within 5 min walk from the centre of the town. The room was smallish but a high standard, warm, super clean and comfortable with all mod cons in it. Room service was another nice touch :) Will definitely stay again!

Dream stay.

Perfect location - close to city center and on the way to ski center, parking for the car right in front of the hotel under the lights; extremely clean, hot and comfortable rooms. The hosts - family Petkovi were great, the daughter Stilyana who has met us was fabulous and very friendly, all our requests were done immediately. The food is delicious and you get it in the room with no charge for room service. Very good internet reception, plenty TV channels,

Can't find a fault, all was perfect. All necessities were available. Maybe a small electric cattle /0.5 l/ in the rooms. Nothing else. Wishing a great health and luck to family Petkovi.

Nice hôtel with cosy rooms

Covid rules well followed. Easy to find and to park the car. The room was clean and cosy, and nice hearing the sound of the river. Location is close to city center and not far from Tsarski Klyb, a nice restaurant.
