pleasant stay, good value for the money

Very welcoming, even if we were a couple of hours late for our check-in. Gave us suggestions on where to eat traditional food. A nice family hotel, worth the shot since the price was super-convenient for a weekend ski trip in the nearby mountain.

Help with the luggage to the 3rd floor, since there is no elevator.

The hotel is locked after midnight, but you can call the staff and they will open.

Everything was clean. Was close to the center. Nice personal staff. Good facilities. A quiet place!

Was cold in the room all the time. Even I try to turn on the hitter, it didn't work. If you want to go outside after middle of the night and came back before 6 am , you have to call the person for the reception to open the entrance door, because they will close the door after 00:00. Safety reason.

You get what you paid for.

Couldn't sleep all night, due to other tenants having a party in their rooms. Staff didn't really help much with the that.

When we arrived at 4pm and requested our room, the man on the reception asked us if we could go for a walk since our room was not ready yet. Also he informed us that they have limited working hours and they lock the hotel at 11pm and they open at 7 or 8 in the morning. He gave me a card with his number on it and told me that he's going to call before they lock the doors to check if we're still out and if it's needed to wait for us. He did not call and we had to call him multiple times - he was hanging up and leaving the phone to ring. My significant other and I called in total 10 times. There were other people wanting to get in as well. I am not sure that this is the best policy especially - what if there's an emergency? Are we supposed to wait for this person to pick up the phone so we can go out or get in when we paid for the room? Unacceptable! I will never stay at this hotel again and I advise you to ask when they'll lock the door and if they're going to let you back in before you pay.
