Good place for a night

Location, good if you go from Romania to Greece. Safe parking.

I personally don't like it when the shower is basically your entire bathroom. You are going to wet everything

No frills property, perfect for a one-night stop

The property is not fancy, but it is clean and everything was working. TV works, wifi works, AC works, there is a mosquito net in the room window. Owner friendly. Breakfast simple but acceptable. Good parking location, nice views from the windows. It felt safe.

Bathroom has a bit of a moldy smell, and the drains were clogged. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Recommended for a night if transitioning Bulgaria

Very clean room, very safe parking (gate closed over night), perfect stop for the night on the way to Greece. If you wanna leave before 7.00 AM annouce the Reception in the evening, so someone would open the gate for you. Close to Kulata border. Best value for this amount of money.

Perfect place for a one night stopover

Easygoing welcoming staff, clean rooms, homey breakfast, overall great place with the view of the sunset over the valley provided us with what we needed. The motel takes both euros and leva which seemed also quite handy.

The location looks a bit industrial but completely safe and a bit far from the city centre, but that’s expected - it’s a motel

Insensitivity and mockery of the Bulgarian

It is close to the highway

I stayed 4 times at this location... initially it was acceptable for 1 night. but gradually the quality of the services has steadily decreased from 2017 until now. When I left on vacation on August 24th, I had no major problems... but when I returned on August 6th, we were received coldly, even though I had a firm reservation a few months ago, they said that the price was changed and I paid 10 leva extra because that's what they decided. I'm sure I expressed my displeasure and in response they disconnected my electricity on the grounds that I had access to the air conditioning and I don't have a window without being warned, they just disconnected my electricity. the location has become very noisy, next to it is a car service and in the courtyard of the hotel there is a car wash. breakfast is a mess, an inedible mockery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AVOID THE LOCATION Everything I have reported is true, I did not travel alone, I have at least 3 witnesses who can confirm. The Bulgarian's attitude and impertinence says a lot. I certainly do not recommend and will not book at this location in the future

It is what it's intended for: a good overnight stay on your long way

Just a nice motel near the road to take a rest before going to or after going from Greece. Friendly staff, we were helped to order a pizza which was a great thing because of the strong rain, so that going outside for a dinner wasn't a good option. You can buy some beer, water or soda at the reception for reasonable prices. The credit card payment option is available, but there's 1 BGN fee for using it. There's a self service car wash station if someone wants to wash a car BEFORE traveling by motorways :)

Motel West has a very convenient location if you are just driving through Bulgaria, it is near the road, easy to find it, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the host is helping you with everything if needed, you have also breakfast in the morning
