Pick other location if you have a choice.

The rooms were cleaned, even if smelling old furniture.

We were a group, with 8 rooms booked. Some of us found broken beds in the rooms, in other rooms the so necessary fridges were missing while there were 39 degrees outside. One family was moved twice for some urgent reparations requested by the hotel. The attitude of the receptionist was "absent". Even we were confirmed to have 2 parking places reserved (for a 5 cars group) in reality only 1 was available. No elevator and narrow stairs for a 4 floors building.

A reasonable hotel to stay if you are planning for vacations in Blagoevgrad region! Blagodarya!

The position. The position to AUBG is around 10 mins, while with the train station 15 mins and the city center is just 5 mins. Also consider to hike to the cross, which takes 15-20 mins by walking... Valuable and reasonable hotel to sleep for 3 days or a week if you are planning a trip to Blagoevgrad region.

No parking places, no air conditioning system; no breakfast available; they asked extra money, 20 leva for fhe sofa in the appartment, very bad experience.

The shower was attached to the toilet sink, practically there was no shower place in the bathroom; we were asked to pay 20 leva for the sofa for the appartment even if we booked an appartment with living room and sleepng room; the appartment smell so heavy of tobacco; the air conditioning system didn’t work and the staff didn’t find a solution, while 32 celsius outside and impossible to stay inside; no breakfast available even the offer on booking.com stated it; per toral, very bad place and bad decision; never again will book this place for transit.

Location was fine.

Wasn’t hygienic at all, horrible cigarettes smell too. The bathroom was tiny and you had to shower literally above the toilet. There was no allocated parking so just had to park whenever not really safe. Staff were a bit ignorant.

Exceptional

This is an affordable centrally located hotel with friendly staff. It was clean and it had a large room. I would recommend it to anyone wanting an affordable stay.

Nothing. All was great for my stay. An elevator would be nice but it's an old building so it is understandable there is no elevator. I made a suggestion to the front staff as I left that they might consider making 2 rooms in the old restaurant area for people who can't use the stairs.

Certainly good for travellers without big expectations and with little luggage (no elevator).

The place was quiet and the bed was large and comfortable enough. The bathroom was also satisfactory. The staff was really nice an always there if you needed anything.

There was no elevator, no hotel slippers (which would be suitable for the bathroom), a very unstable (if any) wi-fi connection, and very few and weirdly placed outlets, making working on a laptop there pretty hard.
