Aged and neglected

The restaurant's look is nice, spacious rooms, the staff is also kind

Neglected place in general, rooms are aged with a lot to refresh, fridge rusted and a bit smelly, bathroom in Bulgarian style( water all over the floor), be mindful of holes in parking covered lot.

Good for short stay.

The room was clean and had everything as described. Good for one night stay. The restaurant is nice with good food.

Not all stuff spoke English which caused some minor misunderstanding. The exterior parking pavement was bad, it seemed as if some unfinished construction was taking place.

Dinner was good

The location is secluded on a very tortuous road. The bathroom was the size of an elevator. Although they say it is 24/7 reception, they come late and stay in the restaurant not at reception. The command buttons in the elevator are weird: "for floor 2, press 4, for floor 3, press 5, for floor 4 press 6..."

hard to sleep - needed either air con on or when open window mosquitos would get in as no net.

Underground garage

Hard to find the front entrance - sat nav takes you round the back. When we got there, nobody was available at the reception for ages (had to use mobile which is not convenient when you have foreign mobile). When we got to the room, one towel had black marks on it (got this exchanged). No breakfast or other food available.

The room was not cleaned the last few months there were dust everywhere. I used the same hotel 1 year ago and the experience was much better this time the room was dirty and smelled really bad.
