My stay was excellent. I will definitely stay there when I visit again.

The location was amazing. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was very nice. The spa was really nice. The Jacuzzi was excellent. There was also a warm pool. It was easy to get to the spa directly via the elevator.

The breakfast was not that good. On weekdays there was no cornflakes and no juice. Sometimes there was omelet and sometimes not. The coffee was not good. The staff was polite but did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate.

A bit old fashioned but decent hotel

The room was spacious and the hotel was located in a nice area with a small park and shops.

Most of the interior was outdated. Unfortunately the shower was cold in the morning. The Wifi was not very stable.

Location, heated / warm water in the pool & jacuzzi, friendly staff.

The 2 bedroom apartment we booked / paid for, was not available on arrival which was very stressful and although with children we had to accept separate rooms. Poor breakfast choice.

Extremely disappointed, it’s a scam.

Location : center, next to everything.

It is a SCAM. No value for money. Poor rooms, cheap towels, cheap bedsheets. Cheap breakfast (1st day was without breakfast lol), plastic plates, plastic cups. Spa is dirty and eery. No equipment, no room service. This is Not a 4 star hotel. This is a corrupted place that stays open online cause someone’s paying for it. Don’t go there it is NOT worth it.

Relaxing, pleasant and convenient!

Mineral water in your room from every tap! This is priceless. I was surprised by some of the comments below. Yes it smells the water but it is mineral!

It needs a little looking after but nothing that would spoil your stay.

Nice location and warm inside pool.

The hotel is nicely situated in the centre of the town and that’s all about it.

The room was not particularly clean especially the bathroom. There was no refrigerator (although after my request one was brought from another room). The Spa centre is OK - the pool is reasonable sized and the water is warm (mineral) BUT it is used for training of children during the week so we were not able to use it! The breakfast is mediocre. The staff are polite.

Very old rooms everything falling apart, not clean, smelly water, no wifi in room, difficult to find parking, hotel not marked. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, maybe 1 star…

Very good

Location is in the city center with plenty of cafes and main street near by. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We have asked for extra parking space in the morning, being a blue zone and hotel manager offered us free parking. Breakfast was a la carte, no buffet. Choice was not big, but well cooked.

Both room and bathroom size are not big. It was a little difficult to find hotel in the night, hardly any signs for the property

Dissapointing at best

Receptionist was nice

Smell of rotten eggs from water, it is mineral water but should be stated, the smell is over powering. Steam room and sauna and masseuse all not available. Rooms were very cold and bed extremely uncomfortable with cheap blanket and pillow.

Greate value for your money

excellent choice when you stay at Blagoevgrad. great personal, great service, the breakfast was great and the location - top center!

the only issue I had was the smell of the water. I know that this is because the fact that the entire hotel is connected to the geothermal source.

Etc... My husband suffered a heart attack and sadly passed away , I cannot put into words how exceptional this hotel was in looking after me they went above and beyond in my eyes making sure that I was ok
