Convenient for transit, but poorly maintained

The only positive aspect was the staff — very kind and helpful, which made the experience slightly better. Otherwise, not worth more than a short overnight stop.

I chose this hotel just for a transit stay, but it was quite disappointing. The room had a bad smell and the air conditioning was extremely noisy. Everything felt a bit neglected, as if the renovation was done just on the surface.

Lovely hotel in Blagoevgrad

The spa - almost no people, is very calm and relaxing. The outside garden with the pool. The breakfast and the food in the restaurant - they do not offer too many things but dishes were delicious. The view of the hills and the surroundings.

A bit far from the center. Some facilities need maintenance and cleaning.

Lovely staff, but the hotel needs a major refurbishment and is not worth the price paid.

The pools were attractive and clean. The restaurant was convenient and the food was reliable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were traveling as part of big group and the hotel staff helped us source laundry and allowed us to bring in takeaway pizza one night which was great.

The hotel was overpriced for the local area and the rooms were dark and in need of an update. The air conditioner did not work well in many of the rooms and the gym was closed for renovation. Overall, it was not worth the cost.

Very expensive hotel for the local area that was not worth the extra cost.

The swimming pools were nice and the pool area was attractive. The restaurant provided a good variety of food. The parking was secure. The staff were helpful.

This hotel was double the cost of most other hotels in the local area, yet the gym was unavailable as it was under renovation, the parking was an additional cost, and the air conditioner in the bedrooms was not really up to the task. In addition, the lighting in the room was very poor and the rooms are sorely in need of an update. For the price paid, the quality was simply not there.

Great Spa Hotel – So Relaxing!

We had a really lovely stay at this spa hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and peaceful. The spa and the outdoor pools were amazing and perfect place to relax and unwind. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also very tasty, with good options to choose from. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway!

Good for a short stay. The staff was very polite, the apartment was wide and clean, no balcony. Fast wifi, nice bathroom, comfortable bed.

Very small inside pool, no steam bath. Some of the food from breakfast wasn't really fresh.

The breakfast was pretty good and tasty with quite a variety to choose from

First of all the rooms look nothing like the picture.Our room was narrow for three persons, dirty with stains all over the sheets the pillows the towels and the carpet. We also found a bug on a towel. The spa was not worth it because all of the pools were cold even the inside pool.

I absolutely adore the pools and the spa centre.

The price was too high for 1 room with no terrace and only breakfast which is 8-10am however if you decide to have your extra hour of sleep and go to breakfast at 9 am there is nothing left.

Spa with potential, but right now under construction

Food in the Hotel-Restaurant was really good. Especially the deserts. The Spa facilities which were active were nice. Personal besides the yound guy in the Spa was polite, helpful and nice. Rooms are warm and big.

Renovation and repairs next to the pool. The literally drilled wholes next to the jacuzzi. The guy in the Spa didn't want to replace our wet towels only one towel per person and per day allowed. Several facilities in the Spa were out of order. Last thing - the furniture in the room looks nice but you will hit your head on it 😂

Nice and clean place to enjoy your visit in Blagoevgrad

Very good place. Excellent location, very easy to get to downtown by car. Breakfast was amazing. Stuff was very helpfull. Bed was very comfortable. Actually this is the first hotel with pillows which are so good, I loved very much. The indoor pool is great. SPA is good. We did not visit the outdoor pool , it is almost winter, but looks really good. I do recommend this hotel.

It’s hard for me to give them 4****, for the same price and same stars we stayed at Moreni Hotel and Double Three by Hil

The staff was nice, friendly and helpful (I forgot my phone on the way back, so they helped me). The breakfast was also good

The shower was broken. We paid for a room with a garden view and one large bed. The view was a rooftop of another building next to the hotel (room 206) and we didn’t had one large bed but two separated, which wasn’t nice because the price for a room with two separated beds was lower and we could have paid this price instead and make them together. this was the case of room 206, floor 2
