I always stay in this location when I travel to Blagoevgrad. I have tried multiple of their apartments - they are all impeccable. I love the manager - she is always a phone call or viber message away.

My stay was quite good, if I ignore the landlord's unprofessional behaviour

Very good location , clean, studio. It has a small balcony, coffee maker (not nespresso), small fridge.

The landlord is quite rude with an attitude. I stayed for two nights , so no room cleaning or change of towels. All folders(with all necessary information) is in bulgarian. No elevator, hair dryer didn't work, no car parking, the shower' s doors need to be fixed to close completely in order the water not to go out and after my review she (landlord) sent me unprofessional messages in order to delete or upgrade my review.

Boutique Apartments Blagoevgrad offers a modern and comfortable stay right in the heart of Blagoevgrad. The apartments are spacious, clean, and stylishly designed, with some featuring two balconies that provide lovely views and plenty of natural light. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the town's main attractions, restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it very convenient for exploring.

The air conditioner does not effectively cool the room, which was uncomfortable during the warmer months.

Great location with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk from property The property itself is great ... I had booked a studio room and a large suite, both of which had balconies.

There is no front desk so you will have to coordinate with the owner in order to collect the keys. This was not mentioned at the time of booking, so there was some delay in getting into the apartment. That said, there is an office for the apartments, so if you arrive during working hours on a week day, chances are that there will be someone to hand over the keys. There is no elevator in the property - our rooms were on the 2nd floor and entailed lugging up some large suitcases

Nice, roomy, and clean apartment in a new building. It had two balconies on opposite sides. The design was great, and the host was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with two small malls and several restaurants nearby. The apartment included coffee and tea supplies, a fridge, and a small kitchen, making it possible to cook and eat in.

There were two minor downsides. First, there's no dedicated parking, so you need to find a paid spot on the street or park in the nearby mall (but it is manageable). Second, the building surprisingly lacks an elevator. Our apartment was on the fourth floor, and climbing the steep stairs was tough each time. Luckily, we only stayed one night and didn't have much luggage; otherwise, it would have been very inconvenient.

Great place!

The location is perfect! The host was very responsive and polite. We found the property quite fast. There is paid parking across from the flat so you can see your car from the window. They gave us a baby crib that was very cute and comfortable.

The only thing we didn't like was that it could have been cleaned better. I made a couple of photos for reference. It's not that bad, but the dust was quite visible, and being with a small child, it made us concerned.

Veey nice place for the money

We stayed for one night and it was perfect for us. The host was kind and understanding even if we arrived late after the checkin hours. The apartment was big and right in the center.

A great place to stay in Blagoevgrad

An apartment right in the centre of the city meant that we were able to go out for dinner and enjoy the city without having to deal with taxis and so on. The space was lovely with an enormous TV. The bed was comfortable and dealing with Anna was straightforward and pleasant. Overall an excellent experience.
