Pleasant one night stay

Easy to find location close to central bus and railway stations.Check- in process was fast.Very clean hotel.Friendly staff.Fast internet.Plenty of hot water/good shower.

The floor in the room was old style carpetted.Our room was two floors above reception and there is no lift.

Comfortable stay

The hotel was nice, about a 10-minute walk from the center. It’s a bit outdated, but very clean. For this area, I think it’s one of the best places to stay since alternatives are limited. The bed and bathroom were both clean and comfortable, and compared to the price, it was more than we expected,

Friendly family-run place

Nice place, walking distance to the center of Blagoevgrad. Standard, reasonably comfortable room, a very reasonably priced restaurant on the premises, open both for breakfast and dinner. Parking right at front of the building. If it seems that there is no place, no worries, the host will find one for you.

Good transit stop

Located not too far from the highway, so convenient for a transit stop. Easy check-in/check-out and it is possible to pay for the room on site. Family rooms are available, where you can accommodate a family of four. Separate beds for children.

The parking is rather public, as it is located near the hotel with public access. The parking lot is not very large, but the staff always helps to find a space. The bathroom is not spacious enough.

ROOM 103 must not be rented anymore

+ The price was really ok for one night because we have travel from Greece to Romania + You can find free parking spaces outside on the road free of charge

- ROOM 103 must NOT be rented until you solve the problem with the bad smell, there is a smell of mold or water infiltration and they have put perfume or some perfume sticks inside to cover this smell but during the night you can not breathe because you fill you get no air because of the smell. Please solve the problems before you rent this room anymore. This is not acceptable because I am sure you know about the problem otherwise you would not try to cover the smell with perfume - we have book for 10 persons 2 x family rooms and we have receive 3 rooms in total but only with 9 places in total but this was not big deal since we have take a small kid with us in a double bed

Weekend in Blagoevgrad

It was really clean everywhere. We had shampoo and a nice soap. Cosy, cute rooms.

Unfortunately the said in Booking messages was totally not true and different with the conditions on the reception. Total lack of communication. We were promised with rooms next to each other, but they had 2 floors difference, we were promised that the crib will be taken out, but when we arrived, it was there. Very old bathroom stuff.

Pleasant

The bed sheets were clean, as well as the room and bedroom. The staff is very pleasant and polite. The hotel is located in a quiet place, close to the bus station.

The room had a smell of cigarettes which I don't stand. This smell is present in the hall. The woman at the reception was helpful and provided us with another room without this smell, but I would rather not have to deal with this problem if the room is indicated as for "non smokers".

Simple room with a minimum but sufficient comfort for one-nigh stay. Still walking distance from the town center.
