Good value for money, spacious room, not so far from the central 😉

Clean and quiet room with all furniture (twin room + sofa and extra furniture, TV, desk etc.)

Highly recommended (female solo traveller experience)

They gave me the biggest room even though I paid for a normal one, just because it was empty - 3 beds, a big sofa, big balcony and a private bathoroom + tv and air conditioning/heater. Everything was extremely clean (and it's very hard to find that in Bulgaria if you want something cheap). The staff was very kind.

The staff can't speak a single word of english so it gets difficult to communicate if you don't speak bulgarian. But it's not that much of an issue since there isn't a reception and a proper check-in process (the reception desk is literally the cashdesk of a minimarket on the ground floor). They charge you 5 lv for the wifi.

No electric outlets near the bed I used (3 single beds in room, 1 had electric outlet next to it, the others did not).

1. The staff is friendly and try to help everything I need though we can't talk to each other. They are really nice to let me early check in in 6 am. 2. Nearby has a supermarket, can get daily use things inside

1. The location is not near the bus station and the center, yet you can walk 30 minutes to everywhere 2. The staff can't speak English. It's quite hard to get information to them about the transportation to the Rila monetary and the seven lake.

Ceva ce nu se poate numi hotel !Receptie nu există, ne-a preluat vanzatoarea unui magazin care nu ne-a dat cheia până nu i-am dat banii .Nu vorbeau decât bulgara, nu știa nimeni boabă de engleza !Accesul se face printr-o bodegă motiv pt. care ni sau înmânat 3 chei ,intrare în bodegă, o ușă între bodegă si un hol care dadea in camera si..camera noastră! Parcare pe stradă! Terasă, 0,5 mp. nu am mai văzut așa ceva până acum și cică bookingul mi-a oferit un upgrade la confort prin programul Genius!

Bonne adresse mais un peu excentrée.

La chambre est impeccable et l'on dispose même d'un petit balcon. Je l'ai déjà lu mais comme je trouve l'information très pratique, je le dis encore une fois : on entre par un petit magasin, en bas, inutile de chercher l'entrée d'un "hôtel". Ensuite, c'est tout simple.

L'emplacement est un peu excentré et le quartier sans intérêt. Heureusement, il y a un bar/restaurant juste en bas.
