Location
Restorant is close on sunday and no personel present. No lift. Bed in description is queen or king bed but in reality was normal. The room shown in picture was another... in reality was a small room.

It's my second time in the hotel so obviously I like it. The room I got this time was super big, with king size bed, a small table and two armchairs which was very useful for my work. The light over the table was good, which again was important for me. The bathroom was ok and I also had a balcony but in December, I didn't use it. The restaurant was working and I had a nice meal. The bed was as I said huge and very comfy. There was an AC in the room and also central heating, so it was very comfy. And the location is great for people who have work at the Campus.
The hotel doesn't have an elevator and I have a problem with stairs, so this is my biggest dislike.
Also the price could have been a bit lower, considering there's no elevator.
The only thing I really would have liked was some soft light at the bathroom during the night.

Air-conditioner was not working during the hottest week of the year. There was no one at the desk to help us resolve this when we realize it was not working.
