The staff were lovely, in spite of pressure to pay up front.

Breakfast was not included but was available daily. Rather old fashioned choices: eggs, French toast, etc. at a flat rate of (dec 25) 7.50€ They also had a lunch dinner menu. Salads (fresh, large) burgers w/fries, steak, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. Attaching photos of room view.

This is a typical hotel setup for Eastern/Southern Europe. Bed ok, desk pressboard. “Seating area” 1ttiny table and two ottomans. It took them three tvs to get one that worked. TV reception had a dozen adult (very) channels but only a couple that got English-speaking stations. One can figure out how to block unwanted channels.

Convenient accommodation for 1 night stop on the road. Parking, drinks and coffee at good prices, super kind and polite personnel.

The room we had was noisy, could hear everything from the street, the beds and pillow not very comfortable, the bathroom super basic with no-curtain shower

The equipment in the room and bathroom are above the standard. Very good breakfast. Overall, when visiting the area (Rila monastery and/or Rila lakes, etc.) this hotel should be considered for 2-3 nights stay.

Nice surprise overall

The nice receptionist is a very good English speaker. We have had a nice apartment for one night stay in our way to Greece. The apartment is spacious with 3 beds were the kids slept very well.Clean bathroom and equipped small kitchen. The apartment is very close to highway in a quiet area. The breakfast was not included but ok for 5 euroes each.

Quiet, clean area of the town.

The room (and the entire hotel) smells like chlorine, so parts of it must be clean but which ones.. ...it's a game of chance. In our room, the walls were stained, an appliance jumped from the wall when we tried to use it, the bed sheets were old (not dirty though, just very old). We do not recommend eating there either, the food is bad and we found human hair in it. The coffee was not even tasting like coffee.

The room was relatively clean and spacious enough for three people.

It was mentioned that there is breakfast at the property, however two out of three mornings there was no breakfast, just coffee. Also the location was very far away from the city center, you need a car to move around.

Overall pretty good for a short stay

Looks like a small family hotel. Our room was bigger than expected. There is also a parking close to the hotel but if you come late at night, don't expect to find any free place. Luckily, there are available parking places in the streets nearby.
