not enough warm water.... the property needs larger boilers.. Also when the water was warm, it was not warm enough anyways (and all these without the usage of the bath tab, which i could imagine it takes off the warm water from he boiler)

Exceptionnal hospitality in a beautiful relaxing setting!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Bergerie. We traveled with our two young kids and grandparents. Our kids enjoyed exploring the beautiful garden. The host Martin was always so helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend the suite, for an exceptional experience. Everything about the stay was perfect, and the location was simply “depaysant” !

Lovley setting, lovley people, great self contained place, comfortable and clean

Only thing would have been a shower but we could live with the huge bath. Would be fantastic if they had a restaurant and a proper sofa bed for the kids.

Nice overnight stay hotel.

The hotel is up hill, a winding road, very quiet, there was grounds for our dog to walk. A swimming pool that was covered, we didn’t use it. We was recommended a restaurant on the other side of the river at an Abbey, it was excellent. Breakfast was good.

I did not like at all that there was only a curtain for the bathroom, no door, not at all private. The plugs at the side of the bed were extensions and didn’t have enough lead to be able to pull out so we had to get on our hands knees to plug and unplug. We are in our late 70’s so made it very awkward.

A beautiful place, very welcoming hosts and staff, comfortable room, good breakfast, good location for onward motorway travel, yet very idyllic and quiet.

Communication before arrival. Messages and email re. restaurant recommendations were not answered. All restaurants suggested on arrival - and a few more - were booked out, so we ended up in a roadside Friterie. Not the end of the world but not quite what we had imagined. Do please respond to messages!

The property is really beautiful and quiet, with spacious rooms. The breakfast was amazing with different options and fresh. The most impressive was the staff, very friendly, warm and welcoming. Definitely an experience to repeat again.

This property was so beautiful, my family felt like it was right out of the pages of a story book. Beyond being beautiful and comfortable, breakfast was so delicious. A gentleman made my toddler crepes and me some of the best scrambled eggs I've had in my life. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Room delivered breakfast (warm!) in a cute basket. Beautiful view onto the gardens. Nice bathtub with a view!

Some finishes are missing in some places (visible piping at the vanity, missing skirting in WC, wallpaper coming off the wall in WC, humidity inside the double pane glass of some windows). It's hard to use the big mirror on the floor, it would be better if hung on the wall. Wooden separation on the terrace is broken.
