Great getaway near Dinant

Breakfast was great with many choices. We also travelled with our dog and the staff was friendly to him, the surrounding area was also nice to take a walk in. The room was spacious with a dining table and big, comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean, with enough towels.

Noticed there were extra pillows but no extra blanket in the closet. Ended up being ok with the rooms climate control but some guests may need more blankets.

My 5-Day Stay / Honest opinion Pros: The room was spacious. The location is convenient, with many landscapes and city centers nearby, such as Dinant and Namur.

My 5-Day Stay / Honest opinion Cons: The room AC was not sufficient to cool the space, as it only had one vent, leaving the room quite hot. Room service was very poor and unacceptable. One of the bedsheets had a visible blood stain. The in-room telephone for calling room service never worked, even after numerous complaints. The swimming pool is small, standard-sized, and not kid-friendly.

Ok but not as good as it used to be

I really like the location, it's nice and quiet with a couple of restaurants and a bar. Rooms are clean. Staff really friendly. The location is ideal if you want peace and quiet. Breakfast is ok.

The staff had the strange idea to open the windows for breakst although they had air conditioning, which lead to a lot of flies coming in as the hotel is located near water. we went early and it was getting bad but an hour later would have been disgusting.

Very pleasant family holiday.

Lovely pool and jazzuci. Great breakfast. Exceptional staff. When told that my three year old granddaughter was looking forward to the pool, one of the counter staff took her to see it while the other checked me in. My old dog was made very welcome. There is a lovely restaurant just across the road, where my dog was also welcome. The menu included several veggie options and kid's meals.

Can't fault it. The room was beautiful and so were the lounges. We used the pool and sauna which were really good. The breakfast was very comprehensive and presented well.

Excellence on all fronts

This was a perfect location for exploring the Ardennes. The hotel has a good size swimming pool, table tennis in the courtyard shaded by Indian Bean trees. Very relaxing with very helpful staff.

In our room there was water leakage from the roof, because of which the carpet on floor was getting wet. It leaked for whole two days even if staff was notified just after the checkin. The wet carpet created a bizarre odor of humidity in the room, which was not good at all. Fortunately we were there only two nights. I would have given more star if we didn’t have this problem.

great location to relax and enjoy Dinant and its surroundings

the location is beautiful, there is a lot to see around the hotel. the pool is Nice and the rooms are quite big. also i would recommend the restaurant that is next to

the bad thing was that the jacuzzi was not working, also everytime you shower the whole bathroom got wet and They allow dogs at the breakfast. keep in mind thats soms days all the nearby restaurant are closed and you need to go to Dinant so be sure you come with car and/or bike

Great location, but we could hardly use the spa facilities we paid for

The staff is mostly very friendly. the location is beautiful (you do need a car to get around, but that is to be expected) and the breakfast was alright

We booked this hotel specifically because it offered a spa with jacuzzi and sauna, but the sauna was out of order for our entire stay, and the jacuzzi for most of our stay too. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable.

The staff was really nice and we were located in a really nice big room. The staff was very nice and helpful! The spa and swimming pool was also good, not too big, but totally fine for the hotel! The breakfast was awesome! One of the nicest I had in a hotel
