Villa Fortunei

Very quiet location but close enough to centre of Dubrovnik. Local bus service to old town was very convenient. Villa exceeded our expectations on every level.

Het zwembad was heerlijk, ook de buitenkeuken en de verschillende zithoeken maakten het erg aangenaam. Daarnaast was het fijn dat elke kamer over een airco beschikt.

Lots of space. Beds comfy and bathrooms new and clean. Close to the river, so close we got picked up for a boat tour at the port right outside the villa. Pool was brilliant. Bbq was easy to use. Beautiful scenary. Short bus ride into dubrovnik. An early check in and late check out was brilliant. Super flexible.

Lots of mosquitos and took us a while learn how to manage it with spray etc. No food delivery services and the local supermarkets are quite expensive.

A beautiful modern villa in a quiet location, a car would be recommended but we used UBER around €15 (6 people car) for a trip into Dubrovnik. Pool and outside kitchen were terrific make dinner a few nights on the outside oven. Terrific layout one double and en-suite down stairs and two double en-suites up stairs with an extra separate shower/wc downstairs. Excellent WiFi A 10 min walk to two supermarkets and the hostel bar, another 15 min walk to the marina for access to a couple of restaurants, pool and supermarket.

Nothing, a little rowing boat would be handy to row across the river to the marina but the walk is nice.
