This was the first hotel I have stayed at on vacation where I did not want to leave the hotel. Usually a hotel is a place to sleep and shower for me. The design of the hotel is beautiful. The restaurants and bar were incredible. We had a super-romantic dinner with a table right on the water and live music. You can sunbathe and jump in the Adriatic from the beach deck. The service was incredible. Knowledgeable and friendly front desk staff and attentive room service. I cannot say enough about Hotel Excelsior

Incredible hotel, spa, ocean front resort with beautiful views and exceptional service from an amazing staff that pays attention to detail. The food is excellent, bar well stocked with top shelf selections. The concierge service is very responsive and the Adriatic Luxury Services staff is amazing at booking your private boat, and transfer reservations. Walk to old town is 10 minutes and the views from the hotel are breathtaking.

An excellent 5 star hotel in Dubrovnik, from the exceptional welcoming reception, to the always friendly and service minded staff and of course, amazing luxurious rooms, in our case with a private terasse, beautiful spa and a must mention, the hotel exclusive direct sea access with sun chairs, service and absolute closeness to the Adriatic sea right at the doorstep of the hotel. All and all, a must stay in Dubrovnik, only a few minutes away from the historic Old town and all the buzz it is both calm and serene at Excelsior. We'll be back. Thank you to all the staff for working hard and making it a memorable stay! Few notes: Try out the hotel restaurants, they are fantastic. A room with a terrace is nice but not a must have, try booking in the villa but if you have to choose there are plenty of outdoor space anyway at the hotel facilities. Enjoy the amazing breakfast. Ask for a sun chair at the sea front to experience the ultimate best of the Excelsior experience. The staff are attentive and always ready to help out!
