A hotel in need of a makeover and cheering up, OK room and nice breakfast.

Located hotel easily, able to park off road at rear. Disappointing that there are no staff on a reception. Key with name was left on a hook outside front door. Entrance is rather dingy. Unfortunately there is no lift and the big flight of stairs was difficult for my companion with mobility issues. Room was bright and adequate. The breakfast room and offerings were good, though only a Continental on offer. Pleasant staff.

The hotel had a rather depressing sad air about it. It was very disappointing that the restaurant had been closed in 2023, as we were rather looking forward to some traditional German recipes for dinner. Unfortunately the nearest place of dining was 450m away and was mainly Italian and a takeaway. Distance is not far but having travelled hundreds of miles already, the thought of going out again with someone who could not walk far was a bit too much. Thankfully we had our trusty kettle and pot noodles to use instead. Not ideal but when needs must. Finally and this applies to most German hotels, why oh why are the pillows utterly useless as a pillow. They are so incredibly under filled – thin and don't give any head support whatsoever. As said this is a criticism of all the German hotels stayed in ranging from expensive to economy. Don't Germans like a decent pillow?

Waste of money

Breakfast wasn’t included and for the price pad it should have been. There wasn’t a kettle or cups in the room

See above, at €100 for a bed it was a total waste of money. We have stayed in numerous accommodation places throughout Europe and paid less and got much better value. Would not recommend.

A good and practical stay as we were going to a bike race in Aachen.

We had a pleasant stay at St. Easy to park, good size of the room. Helpful staff. Would come again.

The rooms could get a face lift, specially the bathroom. Under the bed of was a lot of dust bunnes. Quite load noice from other rooms.

Karl and and staff were so fabulous nothing was too much trouble the was excellent and delicious 😋 Karl didn't want me and my 2 sisters to leave we all had a brilliant time. Thank you all We will definitely return ❤️

A nice cozy hotel with a convenient location, close to the old part of the city and the Rhine embankment. Great breakfast. It is very easy to get from the airport by train.

The room and bathroom had a perfect size for 1 person and were very clean and comfortable. The surrounding was quiet. Wifi was free and worked perfectly. Excellent for work trips! The communication and check-in at night went smoothly. If I have to go back to Würselen again, I would choose this place again.

Valkenburg Christmas Market

It was easy to check in without contact. Everyone wad helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking. Close to shopping, food, and Autobahn. Twenty-five minutes from Valkenburg, where we were going for the Christmas Market.

Wi-Fi was good but went in and out. Big truck parked out front covered the name and pull in so missed it.

Very Satisfactory

My room was clean and comfortable, the food in the restaurant was very good and the service friendly and prompt. The atmosphere made me feel comfortable and the breakfast bar had everything I liked.

The TV program selection was limited, too many shopping channels.

Großes Zimmer und Badezimmer mit Badewanne

Das Zimmer war sehr groß mit großem TV. Das Badezimmer hat sogar eine Badewanne. Die Aussicht war sehr ländlich.

Der Teppich auf dem Boden lag nicht flach und man konnte darüber stolpern. Das sollte mal geändert werden.

Agréablement surpris par l'hotel. Propreté, accueil, petit déjeuner au top. Adresse à conserver.

Chambres très propres, personnel très aimable. Petit déjeuner choix et quantité au top. Je pensais entendre les voitures la nuit, mais la rue est calme.

les rideaux d'une des 2 chambres n'étaient pas occultant, malgré le QRcode et le login et mot de passe affiché, j'avais bien de la wfi, mais impossible de se connecter.

Prima hotel voor kort verblijf op 20km van Aken

Familie Sturm is heel hartelijk en werken hard. Gratis parkeergelegenheid. Achterzijde hotel is rustig. Daar hadden wij een kamer en zo hadden we geen last van het drukke verkeer aan de voorzijde. Lekkere harde Duitse broodjes. Goede koffie.

Verpakte croissants bij ontbijt over of aan de datum. Citroensapzakjes voor in thee 5 jaar over datum. Weinig keuze bij ontbijtbuffet maar daar is de prijs ook naar. 12.50 pp. De Duitse hoofdkussens zijn zo dun. Zelfs als je ze dubbelvouwt. De kamer was koud en de verwarming werd lauw maar niet heet. Geen extra dekens aanwezig. Ik denk enkel glas in het buitenraam. Gehorig intern. Kamer ernaast veel lawaai een avond lang. Er is alleen een trap aanwezig en alle kamers liggen op de 1e etage dus houd hier rekening mee als je wil boeken. Er lagen veel stofvlekken onder het bed. Dunne matrassen.

WE in Aachen

Das Zimmer erfüllte meine Ansprüche und die Verbindung mit dem Bus nach Aachen hat geklappt. Das Bad war klein, aber für eine Person alleine geht das auch mal. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit Balkon. Frühstück für mich völlig in Ordnung. Parken war auch mit meinem Bus kein Problem. Würde wiederkommen, eine 7,5.

Leider keine Getränke im Haus, jedoch waren Tanke und Supermarkt mit weit entfernt.

Ein sehr stimmiger Aufenthalt und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Hotel hat eine ruhige Lage und ist einfach zu finden. Es gibt Parkplätze vor Ort und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind leicht zu erreichen. Das Hotel selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Es wird von einem sehr freundlichen Ehepaar privat geführt die ihre Gäste noch mit Namen direkt begrüßen.

Im Herbst schwanken die Temperaturen sehr, da ist es schwer die richtige Wohlfühltemperatur zu treffen. Mir war es etwas zu kalt und die Heizung hat leider sehr lange gebraucht um den Raum etwas aufzuwärmen.
