Little paradise for an absolute relax

Amazing, hospitable and friendly staff, the area is a little paradise, delicious meals - homemade cuisine, nice light rooms, newly rebuilt bathroom, the view from the room (in our case to the valley and to the farm (we had a daily performance to the cow's milking :-)). Very large breakfast and the dinners cooked by hosts - regional meals from regional sources, top quality and delicious taste! Rauris valley offers so much hiking options - so the location was also excellent from this point of view. PS: no wi-fi - we appreciated so much, we really could switch off...

The place is beautiful with an breathtaking view. the room was clean and comfortable with a great and spacious shower. we had an amazing dinner at the place and the best breakfast we had in Austria.

the drive to the place is very hard with the car we had ( pay attention to their comment about the type of cars that can get there).

Great hospitality and amazing services with iconic views!

Amazing food prepared by lady of the house, I requested for vegetarian food and she made scrumptious dishes and salads that tasted just out of this world. We stayed for two nights and were absolutely delighted with our experience.

Paradise found!

Highly recommended. We fell in love with the family and the place immediately. Eyerything was perfect: delicious homemade food, fresh milk for breakfast, a super comfortable room with a million dollar view, absolulely far away from everthing and awesome hospitality. We haven't been in such a magnicificent place for a long time. We certainly will return. Stay safe and well! See you soon 😘

Exceptional

It was awesome vacation and perfect place to stay, surrounding is breathtaking, hotel and restaurant have a sunny terrace outside, with all day long sun and views. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and absolutely exceeded what we expected, rooms were very clean, with nice equipment and with beautiful views from balconies. Staff (family) were all freindly and comunicative and were taking great care so that we wouldnt be missing anything, they gave great recommendations for trips and always prepared everything for us in perfect way. Im looking forward to go to Karalm again some day.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit Wohlfühlfaktor!

Und hat alles gefallen! Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 3 Schlafzimmern, sehr schön eingerichtet und gut sehr ausgestattet. Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Karalm liegt wirklich hoch oben in den Bergen, ruhig und abgelegen. Mit dem richtigen Auto aber ist die Auffahrt zu bewältigen. Man wird wirklich mit der Aussicht belohnt.

Sehr herzliche und charmante Hausherrinnen! Die Küche war hervorragend! Mit viel Liebe gestaltete Alm! Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, wir kommen sicher wieder!

Een droomplek om te genieten van de natuur en de bergen!!

Een heel charmante plek om helemaal tot rust te komen. Prachtige wandelomgeving. Mooie alm, alles heel authentiek. Super vriendelijke bediening door Caroline en haar mama, Margot. Heerlijk gebak, lekker eten aan heel betaalbare prijs.

Steile rit naar boven op een grintweg is wel uitdagend. Best auto met krachtige motor. Goed om te weten.
