Amazing stay close to old town

The rooms are large and clean, friendly staff and very close to the old town. WiFi is great and pool is gorgeous. Would thoroughly recommend

Great choice in centre of historic area with excellent staff

The staff were so helpful with any additional requests. Super clean facilities and beautiful pool. Great simple but plentiful breakfast including choice of eggs. Fabulous location too.

Only minor thing was the beds. We thought they were a bit too firm for our liking. Maybe a mattress topper could improve this issue. Also it would be good to have a couple of chairs or small couch in the room instead of as of the sculpture (which was interesting). However when we asked for chairs the friendly staff brought us some.

Really enjoyable stay.

Lovely apartment with a pool. Very helpful and friendly staff. The location was great, just a short walk to the old town area. Nice breakfast.

Nice structure but they should improve the service

The swimming pool

So the bed sheets were not clean. In the 2 beds room only a small towel was provided. The moment I got to the reception to ask them for one more they asked me how come I was asking. They did not speak english as well so communication was a bit difficult

Great location and great rooms!

The room was large and had a hot tub bath. The location was great for Centro! And the staff was very helpful and had garage parking

The AC was difficult because the room was very large and windows were slats so it took a while to cool

8th time staying here and will be back again!

I’ve been coming to this place for over 15 years and it’s been several years since I was last here. It’s great to see they’re redecorated and modernised the rooms but the warm welcome and hospitality is still as it’s always been. Thank you to Benedito who helped arrange a private speed boat for a day trip.

Pleasant stay, but not a good value for money

Nice swimming pool, perfect location. Staff was friendly and efficient. The lady working in the breakfast was incredibly nice and pleasant to talk to!

Rooms were a bit dark, there should be more windows. My towels were stained. Nothing was provided for bath apart from quite cheap soaps. No information was given during check in about wifi, breakfast. etc. But I think the biggest problem is the price. It is quite expensive for what you get.

Right in the thick of it

excellent breakfast, it was big and had everything you could want! the place is very intimate and felt historical yet with modern amenities. the staff was extremely nice and took care of everything we requested

Muy buena ubicación y estadia-

Me encantó la ubicación, cerca de la playa y de la parte mas céntrica del pueblo, a cuadras. La limpieza del lugar y de la habitación, todos los días la dejaban excelente!!!!! El lugar es hermoso, muy bonito diseño y de sus lugares. La habitación, muy cómoda, excelentes instalaciones, camas, tv, baño, todo excelente con respecto a la habitación. el personal de recepción y aseo, siempre atentos!

No me gustó el momento de los desayunos, pero esto fue con respecto al personal, llegábamos a diferentes horarios en la mañana y nos teniamos que armar una mesa nosotros mismos con tazas de diferentes mesas ya que no había una mesa preparada , y muchas mesas con cosas de otros desayunos. Además habian cosas que ya cuando quedaban pocas unidades nadie las ordenaba para que se vieran mejor, era un revoltijo de lo que sobraba. Lo anterior no me gustó ya que siempre habian 2 chicas que trabajan ahí, pero mucho de su tiempo, estaban sentadas mirando por lo que si habia personal para ello.

Estadia que vale a viagem

A localização é excelente, praticamente dentro do centro. E as instalações estão recém reformadas. A limpeza também se destaca na pousada.

O café da manhã é bom, mas poderia ser ainda melhor, ter amor variedade de pães ou até mesmo oferecer tapiocas e/ou omeletes feitos na hora.

01. Estrutura em si, muito boa e confortável.

01. Café da manhã muito aquém do valor da diária. Poucas variedades, garrafa térmica que mantinha o café morno, água e suco que não estavam bem gelados (não possui gelo para os hóspedes), bolos e pães sendo aproveitado de diss anteriores e da cozinha não saía nada pronto na hora (pedidos dos hóspedes); 02. O estacionamento é algo valioso no centro histórico de Paraty, porém, a dinâmica da recepção abrir o portão mediante câmeras, nos fez várias vezes andar uns 20m (distância entre estacionamento e pousada), debaixo de chuva e até com 2 recepcionistas na recepção, que simplesmente não verificam as câmeras com eficiência; 03. Os travesseiros são horríveis, não compatíveis com o resto da estrutura da pousada. Tivemos que pedir travesseiro adicional, para usarmos uma dupla de travesseiros pra cada, por ser tão baixo, a ponto de provocar desconforto ao dormir e dores no pescoço e costas.

La proximité, la piscine , le petit déjeuner

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et le ménage ni les lits sont été faits. Très dommage car la Pousada est très propre.
