Nice pousada in a good location

Very good location and nice spacious room with good bathroom. The outdoor areas of the pousada are also very good. Included breakfast is good.

The pool was dirty. There are not enough parking spots when the pousada is fully booked. The pousada is not made for young kids. We got the feeling that the staff, while being super friendly, was not very motivated to maintain the public areas.

We supposed to receive an upgrade, due to genius benefit but was not given. We asked fot the 3rd children bed, not given. The receptionist (male) was toooo lazy and not smart at all. juat warming up the chair

Great location, but disappointing.

The room was extremely clean. Bed sheets, pillows, and covers, floor, area to put clothes, and towels. The facilities (common areas, including the swimming pool) were very clean, comfortable, and organized. The staff, although not really solving our issues, were very friendly and tried to be helpful.

Major issues: - the wifi connection did not work properly (inside the room) - sometimes, it did not work at all. - the shower had VERY little water, and for a day, the available water was extremely hot (to the point we could not finish the shower). The staff attempted to fix the issue, but then the shower became completely cold (also not allowing us to take a shower). The day this happened, we were offered another room just to take a shower. The quality of the offered room was also not good, but at least we could take a shower. - the parking lot situation is poor. No organization. Cars are constantly blocking each other. The staff does not maneuver the cars so we were asked (twice) to do so - not only with our car but also with cars from other guests that were not available for it. "Smaller" issues: - pool bar: the bar is there, but the orders were only taken in the reception. The bar was closed. - rooms only offer plugs 110 V. - air conditioning was quite noisy. All of the issues were taken to the administration during our stay and also when we were leaving. Although friendly and polite, the staff did not do/could not do much to improve our stay. From the 4 nights we stayed there, half of the time was filled with major problems. No compensation was offered. The price was charged to the fullest.

Limpa , charmosa, perto de tudo, não tiramos o carro do estacionamento.

Cama muito dura, travesseiros duros, a iluminação doeu quero era muito ruim.nao tinha luz que iluminasse. Apenas na entrada do quarto e assim mesmo bem fraca. A pousada não oferece quarda chuvas , e como do meu quarto até o café e descoberto, tive que ir na chuva. Não tem mesas e cadeiras o suficiente para os hóspedes se forem tomar café todosno mesmo horário, então acho que deveriam colocar mesas já com nomes para evitar a falta. Pois as vezes tinha um casal numa mesa com 04 lugares. E faltava para outros com famílias maiores. Como estava chovendo, ficava ruim tomar café na varanda .

Pousada acolhedora com bom custo benefício.

Fomos bem recebidos, era tudo bem limpinho. O café da manhã era gostoso e correto. O quintal era bonito e bem cuidado.

Não gostei da localização pois apesar de ser perto do centro histórico, o entorno era feio e mal cuidado.

Os funcionários são maravilhosos e super receptivos. Foi minha primeira viagem a Paraty e eu e minha família nos sentimos muito acolhidos. A pousada tem uma localização excelente, fizemos tudo a pé e o café da manhã é uma delícia!

pousada linda e com excelente localização, noa precisa do carro pra nada, o que é bom pois estacionar no centro tem que pagar alem de ser dificil conseguir vaga. otimo ambiente, agradavel, bom lugar para descansar dos passeios e curtir o fim de tarde. muito limpo tudo, otima cama, grande e colchao muito bom, otimo chuveiro, tem amenidades no banheiro, frigobar e TV. bom atendimento de toda a equipe!

tv so tem canais abertos, nao é smart, mas ok. cafe da manha normal, sem grandes variedades e quantidades mas atende bem para um cafe, tem paes, bolo, frutas , suco, iogurte e ovo que é oferecido pra fazer na hora. nao tenho nada a reclamar, sao so esses detalhes.

Tudo perfeito! O quarto confortável, a área do café da manhã é muito agradável, a área de lazer é excelente e os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos.

Seria interessante se a piscina fosse aquecida. Como estivemos no período de inverno, a água estava gelada e não conseguimos aproveitar.
