I would highly recommend this place.

This location was very clean and the staff very helpful and sweet. the whole property was well kept and looked newly renovated…better than the pictures. the pool is beautiful, breakfast was nice and we looked forward to seeing the monkeys every morning.

not a Delux room, not the value for money I expected

the pool and breakfast was good

it was very loud the rooms were facing the street. I’m the description it said garden view. they should amend to street view. also they should clearly state that you need to climbed a steep staircase which was no fun with four heavy luggages. the rooms were okay the bed hard, a fridge placed just in front of the door and the decoration was wired. strange figures placed in the shelf’s. for a deluxe room how it was advertised not at all deluxe. also the voice from the road kept on going all night. we hardly slept and could hear the people from the other room having a shower and talking.

Amamos o café da manhã, a cama muito confortável, os funcionários bem educados e o quarto bem limpinho e cheiroso. Mas conseguimos resolver. A localização do local é muito boa. Foram dias maravilhosos!

A nossa única observação é sobre o vaso sanitário, a parte da descarga descia e não subia mais, questionamos e o rapaz disse que iria ver e não fui.

Uma excelente opção em Paraty.

Recepção bem organizada, café da manhã muito bom e organizado, piscina linda.

Chegamos no quarto e no criado mudo estava sujo de resíduo de chocolate e marcas de copos dos hóspedes anteriores, a cama parecia que alguém havia deitado e não esticou corretamente, o quarto todo e o banheiro estava com muitas formigas bem pequenas, fizemos uma observação na recepção quanto a maçaneta da porta do banheiro que estava solta e ninguém veio olhar durante nossa estadia. Quanto ao barulho, poderiam fechar a porta da cozinha pela manhã ao utilizar o espremedor de laranja e o liquidificador pois o barulho é muito alto, outra observação é que coloquem famílias com crianças no andar debaixo pois bem em cima do nosso quarto tinha uma família que as crianças ficavam pulando e arrastando a cadeira ou móveis às 6h da manhã!

Café da manhã com muitas opções. Tamanho do quarto triplo bom. Chuveiro bom. Quarto com frigobar. Bom atendimento dos funcionários. Limpeza boa. Localização boa. Próxima ao centro histórico.

Por ser uma cidade com praias faz falta uma varanda ou área para secar melhor as roupas.

Cama muito confortável, banho gostoso, funcionários atenciosos, local da piscina agradável.

Iluminação do quarto fria, escuro, tira o aconchego do quarto. Café da manhã servido num local extremamente quente, sem ventilador, sem ar condicionado e sem ventilação natural. Sem rechaud, fazia os pratos esfriarem rapidamente. Para ir a pé até o centro histórico é uma caminhada longa. Obriga a ir de carro e na alta temporada é difícil estacionar.

Pousada bem próxima ao centro (15min), eu e meu marido fomos e voltamos a pé todos os dias para o centro histórico e me senti super segura andando na rua. Café da manhã muito bom e com muita variedade. Funcionários muito empáticos e prestativos. Área externa da piscina muito boa (eu particularmente amei a piscina pois a água era morna e não gelada).

Pedi pra prorrogar minha estadia de 1 noite várias vezes, tanto no Instagram quanto pessoalmente. Me falaram que dava sim, só que não dava mais aí tivemos que liberar o quarto … Acabou que um outro quarto se liberou e achamos uma solução. No final das contas deu tudo certo mas foi complicado ter que pedir várias vezes se dava pra ficar mais, não ter retorno no WhatsApp e ter que trocar de quarto. No café da manhã ficamos esperando um bom tempo talheres … A pousada é muito grande e tem uma parte bem afastada do resto.

Sossego, privacidade, cuidado e atenção.

A equipe se desdobra para atender e suprir a falta de funcionários no mercado para contratação. A pousada é muito cuidada, com plantas e condições satisfatórias. O espaço segmentado em diferentes ambientes, e até acomodações como se fosse uma vila, proporcionou privacidade e foi maravilhoso.

São apenas sugestões para melhorar ainda mais: Faltou ar condicionado no refeitório, uma cadeira no quarto para apoiar a mala aberta, um lixo no quarto, ao lado da geladeira, e sugiro um lixo maior no banheiro. Precisa aumentar os canais da tv a cabo, pois o dia que chove, seria ótimo se pudéssemos assistir u filme, e as opções dos canais são muito básicas.

Era mais distante do centro do que eu esperava - era necessário andar 20 minutos. E a demanda do café da manhã era grande demais para o espaço físico disponível.

A pousada tem boa localização e o café da manhã é bem servido

O quarto é simples, mas falta aconchego. Fui instalado em um anexo, distante da sede principal da pousada, o que foi um problema para deslocamento no momento da chuva. A água quente acabou por volta das 21h. O quarto tem mosquitos e não oferece repelente elétrico. O frigobar não tem abastecimento, nem mesmo de água, o que foi um problema quando começou a chuva. O quarto também não tem contato por telefone com a sede, o que dificulta os pedidos no bar. Após 18 horas do check-in, o quarto apresentou um curto na instalação elétrica, as luzes ficaram piscando e o ar condicionado ligava e desligava.
