The place has so much potential but I don't think they take care of it. The cleaning of the pool and outside ares could be better. We had to ask for toilette paper. Since there were quite a lot of flies in breakfast it would be better to use boxes with lids for everything. The flies were sitting on the fruits etc. Since the hotel is quite far from the center it would be nice if they had a bar. It was nice to sit outside.

Very beautiful hotel at the border of the river and in front of a kind of rainforest. So the surrounding is really nice. At breakfast some little monkeys come to eat mangoes. The Manager who is the sister of the owner is also very careful with the guests asking them what they want to eat, so it's a good service. The only "minus" is the split A/C which is noisy when we are sleeping.

We stayed for just one night as a convenient halfway point between Sao Paulo and Rio. The hotel grounds were well maintained and the guest common areas were nicely decorated and had a nice, peaceful ambiance. The service was exceptional as the staff and owner made sure we had everything we needed or wanted from the time we checked in until checkout. The breakfast was especially good. The only minor downside was the location is a little far from the historic city center if you decided to walk it.
