Recepcionistas Cida, Júlia, Oséias e Bruno muito receptivos e atenciosos. Bar da piscina com a Cátia, excelentes drinks e caipirinhas, muito atenciosa também. Espaço do quarto excelente. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Piscina com aquecimento.

Estacionamento poderia ter mais pedrinhas, evitando poças d'água. Pessoas arrastando móveis no andar de cima pela manhã. Falta de uma estação de recarga para carro elétrico, pois possuem energia solar. Ar condicionado muito bom, porém nem colocando 30 graus, ele esquentava. Quarto 22.

As instalações são maravilhosas, bar da piscina e o diferencial, além de muitas variedades são de ótima qualidade, o espaço do hotel bem cuidados e limpos. Os funcionários super atenciosos e educados, café da manhã com bastante variedades e a localização é ótima próxima ao comércios e fomos ao centro histórico andando tranquilamente

Excelente estadia! Tivemos uma excelente recepção pela atendente Beatriz que foi extremamente simpática e atenciosa!! O quarto estava impecável, já climatizado quando chegamos. Super confortável, com uma piscina maravilhosa e um café da manhã sensacional!! Limpeza nota 10 em todos os ambientes, e uma localização ótima na cidade, muito perto das principais atrações e acessível facilmente. Recomendo e voltarei sempre que for à Paraty!! Nota 1000!!!

Veel te duur hotel voor wat je krijgt. Alleen het zwembad is een pluspunt.

Vooropgesteld, dit is geen slecht hotel. Maar kijkende naar de prijs kwaliteit verhouding, dan was dit hotel te duur. Positieve punten: verwarmde zwembad, late uitcheck, netheid van de kamer.

Er waren heel veel kleine minpuntjes die voor een hotel in deze prijs categorie niet thuis horen: - voor handdoeken aan het zwembad moet betaald worden, - ontbijtzaal is kil. Er zijn geen placemats, bloemetjes of iets op de tafels; - kamer is klein voor 4 personen, - geen douchegel, shampoo of conditioner; - delen van de kamer waren slecht/niet verlicht bv vij de spiegel; - airco kan niet verwarmen; - geen warmwater bij de was tafel; - Er wordt geen woord engels gesproken;

Estadia para comemoração de meu aniversário 10/02

Nós gostamos de praticamente tudo, principalmente da Andreia, que nos recebeu na chegada e descobri que foi ela, quem deu o primeiro atendimento por mensagem aqui no Booking, quando eu informei que estava indo comemorar meu aniversário em época de carnaval e perguntei se lá teria música de carnaval pois nós (eu e meu marido) estávamos indo a procura de sossego e ela foi muito solicita em me responder e quando chegamos, havia mimo no quarto, referente ao meu aniversário, bolas na cama e bolinhos c uma cartinha na lateral. O café da manhã perfeito, contato c a natureza, pássaros, micos... Local de paz, cercado de natureza, piscina bem cuidada, fui logo atendida quando pedi a troca das toalhas, boa localização tanto p dá uma volta a pé, quanto de carro, enfim dias de paz

Ficamos sem internet e TV logo no 1° dia! Meu marido foi até a recepção (pois no quarto não tem telefone p se comunicar c eles) ver o que estava a acontecendo e viu o dono se empenhando em resolver. Não tem telefone no quarto, p se comunicar c a recepção, tem que ir lá direto p falar c eles! P chegar c o carro da rua, tem que sair dele e apertar o interfone p abrirem o portão! Na sexta feira, ficamos na piscina depois do café da manhã e pensamos que íamos relaxar mas não deu pois chegou um homem, que ficou por horas e horas no celular, resolvendo os problemas pessoais dele em alto e bom som, atrapalhando o sossego e FUMANDO SEM PARAR mesmo tendo vários aviso de proibido!

O conforto da cama, e quarto, piscina aquecida, café da manhã bem farto e comodidade de ter um restaurante e bar na pousada.

Poderia ter um cesto de lixo no quarto e um pequeno varal para estender a toalha molhada na varanda.
