Satisfied

Staff was very helpful, even got my tension checked when I told them I am feeling sick. They were very helpful responding to our requests. They have a steam sauna + pool - which was nice to use in one evening

There are some strict rules telling that you can't take any breakfast item away, if you stink your sheets you will be charged extra etc. You don't wanna have several rules around you when you are on holiday. It should be okey to take your bread along if you can't finish it instead it going to trash + sheets are for using, then they can be washed.

Excellent location!

The location is the best, very close to the historical center. The shower was hot, the room had AC, the hotel had a game room (with board games and TV) and parking (across the street but close enough) and they served breakfast. I was glad my room was on the ground floor as I didn't see an elevator. The pool was not big but it was pretty and clean

The room for 4 people could be bigger and the maintenance in the bathroom could be better

Pleasant, great location and worth the cost.

The breakfast was simple but good and had all necessary ingredients for a healthy and satisfying meal. The location was pleasant and we were very satisfying.

The Wet Sauna was regular. It did not heat up to the necessary temperature for a great experience. The rooms were very small and the bed was small for me with my 6.2"in height.

Perfect location, basically in the heart of the historical center. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is simple but good enough. Apparently, renovations have been done recently. The pool looked very clean, although much smaller than it looks in the pic. There were nice plants all around, and the decoration is typical of the city's crafting style. You can rent pool and beach towels for a cheap price, too. The fridge in the room is not previously furnished with drinks, but you can get them at the reception and bring them into the room. They'll charge everything at the end of your stay. The parking lot is really close by, just a few steps away on the other side of the street. Good room service.

Avoid staying in rooms 101-106 (esp 103, my own room randomly chosen by the property) since there is a sitting area right in front of it and a lot of people sit there and chat, possibly waking you up or preventing you from sleep. The room is a bit tiny and claustrophobic (3 beds, 2 adults + 1 yo). Cleaning was not super top quality - I found an unknown product from a previous guest under a bed while looking for a ring! I could also swear that I saw hair fibers on the sheet that belonged neither to me nor my husband, but I decided to strongly overlook that - maybe his leg hair?? Who knows.

Great location. Outdoor areas and swimming pool were really lovely and well looked after.

Rooms were not cleaned and towels not changed at all during our stay. You must wear a mask AND gloves at breakfast- seems rather extreme in August 2022

Amazing location in the center of paraty

Amazing location in the historic center of Paraty. The pool is also very nice and is a lot better than the photos! Good value for money.

The room did not have air con only a fan so it was very very warm. The breakfast wasn’t great.

The hairdryer was a bit weak, but nothing to worry about. There are some space in the door, and in the morning the sun light waked us up.

Café da manhã muito bom, com bastantes opções! A localização é excelente, no coração do centro histórico de Paraty, próximo a restaurantes e comércio variado da regiã além de ser próximo a a rodoviária e locais de embarque para passeios.

Alguns detalhes que são importantes de se pontuar, o wi-fi não é bom, não alcança toda pousada com qualidade. A cama d emolas não é exatamente confortável, a TV do quarto tem poucos canais, fica no alto e colada a parede, impedindo que o hóspede use algum tipo de periférico, como google chromecast, por exemplo. O quarto também poderia ter ganchos ou estantes para que o hóspede possa, eventualmente, pendurar algo, seria prático. Uma das luzes que ficam ao lado da cama, estava queimada. A cortina dificultava o manuseio da janela. São pequenos detalhes que podem contribuir com a experiência do hóspedes.

Adorei a pousada como um todo, a piscina era ótima, o quarto muito bom, banho à gás nota 10!

Infelizmente no período em que ficamos na pousada não conseguimos usar a sauna pois estava com algum defeito.

La posada es sumamente linda y tranquila. Se encuentra en pleno centro de Paraty, en un lugar IDEAL para recorrer, rodeado de comercios y restaurants, a unas cuadras de la bahía en donde salen los barcos para llevarte a las espectaculares playas de PARATY. El cuarto super cómodo, la limpieza del mismo y recambio de toallas lo realizan todos los días. El desayuno que sirven es muy rico y variado, el ambiente es super familiar. Tiene una pileta pequeña pero super limpia y el espacio muy ameno. Inclusive tienen también un cuarto de juegos. A destacar la excelente y amable atención de todo el personal.
