Boa localização, fica entre a parte mais central da cidade e também ao Centro Histórico, muito fácil o deslocamento a pé. O Flávio é muito solícito, super educado e atencioso. A menina do café da manhã também. O café é simples mais muito saboroso, prepararam na hora os ovos mexidos e cortam as frutas da sua preferência, o que achei o máximo, pois evita desperdícios e tudo está sempre fresquinho! O Wi-Fi é muito bom.
Talvez os travesseiros poderiam ser um pouco mais macios e também as toalhas de banho e rosto.

É um lugar aconchegante e o recepcionista, Flávio, é muito educado e prestativo. A mocinha que serve o café da manhã também é muito simpática... Faz com que a gente sinta-se em casa.

The staff was great. The owner upgraded us to an upper floor room at no charge because he had one available. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The location was amazing, so close to the old town, and with a parking lot too.
The mattress was too soft and sagging in the middle. The sheets and towels were not fresh, and had a few stains. Everything was just a bit dated.

Do que gostei mesmo foi da atenção e disponibilidade do Flávio, que nos instalou num quarto maior e mais arejado do que aquele que estava previsto e nos guardou as bagagens durante umas horas. A localização, perto do centro histórico, também é boa.
Não gostei de mais nada, a não ser do que referi. Nem da higiene da pousada, nem dos quartos, nem do pequeno almoço. Não voltaria.
