The owner was friendly, the location was fantastic, the A/C unit worked well, beds comfy. If you don't plan to spend any time in the room like us, then it's great.

The water in the shower was lukewarm and there were ants on the first day in the room. Owner provided us with new sheets/ant spray after this. We wish breakfast was included. Overall, it was just a really simple stay, no frills. But still felt a bit pricey for the value of what we were getting ($60 USD), but maybe the places around were comparable.

Perfect location for visiting Paraty old town!

- Location is perfect!! 10 minute walk from the bus station & large supermarket and right in the Old Town area. - Staff didn’t speak much English but were really lovely! - Hot shower and large room - Wi-Fi worked okay in the rooms

- Hotel not signposted do a bit hard to find as it just looks like a regular house - Aircon broke on first night & was extremely hot but the owners resolved this the next morning as soon as we mentioned it which was great attention from them!

Val and her family were very nice and accommodating, the location was great, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Overall good value for the price

The only problem I had was the ants that were everywhere. As soon as we arrived there were ants on the bed and on the floor and we had to ask them to spray them. They went away for two days and after two days we had to ask again. It just felt very uncomfortable to sleep with a million ants in the room and unfortunately made me want to leave every time they came back. It could be a problem with the whole area though so I don’t know

Ótima localização e a recepção do Caleb foi excelente. A acomodação é simples, mas atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades, exatamente o que procurávamos. Disponibiliza toalhas de banho, cobertores, travesseiros e possui com um ar-condicionado que gela muito bem. Com certeza, na próxima visita à cidade, escolheremos a hospedagem novamente.

A única coisa que gostei foi a localização

A hospedagem tem um cheiro de naftalina insuportável, se a pessoa tiver asma ou alguma alergia eu realmente não recomendo. Eu saí um dia antes porque sou asmática e foi pessimo. Sem contar os colchões que era absurdamente desconfortável.

A localização bem perto das ruas principais do centro histórico e a hospitalidade dos anfitriões que são muito gentis e prestativos. O quarto é bem simples mas tudo organizado.

A rua é bem movimentada e todas as noites teve barulho dos transeuntes até a madrugada mas nada que me atrapalhasse mas para quem tem sono leve pode incomodar.
