It was ok!

It is a 5 minute walk from the central bus station and 3 minutes to the old town. The facilities are old but it was clean.

The room we stayed in has a window with no glass,just the shutters! It was weird.

Nice for a short stay

Our host was very friendly, the apartment was spacious, the fan in our room was greatly appreciated, great location.

The oil that we were going to use to cook with was infested with ants which was very off-putting. It was also difficult to keep bugs out of the room, as the only shield between the kitchen and outside was a curtain, rather than an actual door.

the location is absolutely great and Erica is lovely. there is a supermarket just around the corner. there is a kitchen and a place to hang the washing.

the room was a bit damp but that’s surely normal in these climates.

Location is great, room is clean, price is fair for the area

The staff have no concern for their guests. They live next door and at 1am decided to host a mini party with exceptionally loud talking until 3am. They then awoke at 6am and again started to make lots of noise. No respect for their guests.

Comfortable bed, shower, kitchen and location. The staff was friendly

The room was being refurbished so it was missing some doors and windows so curtains were placed to cover these places. This isn't a problem at all but during the cold nights it can be quite cold in the shower and the inside the room

Pousada bem simples. Muito bem localizada. Acolhimento muito bom. Dona Érica é um Amor de Pessoa. Pelo preço foi uma ótima escolha. Quarto bem amplo. Banheiro grande e com chuveiro quente. Dispõe de geladeira e sanduicheira na parte de baixo da acomodação. Indicamos aos viajantes que não se incomodem com simplicidade que vierem à Paraty. A permissão (cortesia) para adiantarmos o Check Inn fez toda a diferença.

A cama poderia ser um pouco mais confortável. A ausência de um frigobar e de um ar condicionado faz falta nesse período em Paraty por ser muito quente.

Érika foi excelente, cuidadosa com a estadia, preocupada com fornecer a melhor experiencia possível, desde a escolha do quarto, quanto as comodidades oferecidas como varanda e cozinha. E mesmo quando pedinmos um dia extra, ela conseguiu outro quarto maravilhoso e aconcehegante para ficarmos. Gostaria de voltar mil vezes.

A única coisa era a TV antiga, mas não fomos pra assistir tv e sim para aproveitar a região.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa — uma das melhores, inclusive. A Érica foi extremamente atenciosa o tempo todo, sempre deixando as toalhas limpas e mantendo o quarto impecável. Desde a nossa chegada, ela nos recebeu muito bem e explicou tudo direitinho. Não temos absolutamente nada a reclamar, pelo contrário: fomos surpreendidos positivamente. O lugar é muito limpo, organizado, tranquilo e ainda fica perto de tudo.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Dans les faits le logement est idéal, pas cher sur Paraty. Salle de bain partagée mais avec pas grand monde donc elle est propre. Les hôtes font souvent le ménage et sont sympathiques

Les voisins sont ultra bruyants, un samedi soir nous avons eu le droit à la musique à fond jusqu’à tard (3/4h du mat puis reprend dès 8h) c’est pas la faute du logement en soit mais 0 isolation

Gostei muito da Érica, é uma pessoa agradável, simpática, receptiva, gostei dos quartos e o que ficamos foi agradável, gostei da cama do colchão as toalhas e os lençoes estavam tudo limpo e cheiros e o quarto super limpo e o banheiro também, gostamos da localização perto do Centro e o preço super acessível e voltaremos.

Vou deixar como dica: a falta de um microondas e um liquidificador. Obs: não tem estacionamento, mas tem ruas acessíveis para estacionar. A iluminação poderia ser mais forte, principalmente na cozinha.

Péssimo, não indico.

Só dá localização, fica bem perto do centro histórico e da rodoviária, porém perto de local que vende drogas e ficam muitos usuários, e fomos encomodados ao passar ....

Ao chegar a anfitriã disse que o quarto era o que estava com a porta aberta, não nos acompanhou , entramos em um quarto nos instalamos, abrimos as malas e tomamos banho para sair, e após tudo isso ela falou que estávamos no quarto errado e teríamos que sair rápido, bem desorganizada, o quarto que nós colocou descobrimos depois que chegamos do passeio que estava com a privada entupida, e ela sabia de tudo e mesmo assim nos colocou no quarto para ficar 4 dias. E para usar o banheiro teria que usar o banheiro compartilhado no andar de baixo, sendo que pagamos por uma suíte. A TV o controle não funcionava, não conseguimos assistir nada ...fomos para relaxar e só foi aborrecimento...sem contar que indicou uma praia imprópria para banho...
