Great host and cute little accommodation

The host was great and really went above and beyond to help. Room was not the biggest but looked just like the pictures and you felt at home.

Welcoming and memorable!

It was a perfect location and very clean and the family that ran the hostile was extremely kind and welcoming. Plus they had a beautiful cat that was very friendly. We would definitely return and stay with them again.

Great location, great hosts, great value!

Otto and his family were lovely hosts! Upon arrival, Otto welcomed us and shared tips for the area, as well as recommendations for activities to do. He was attentive at sharing instructions for anything we needed during our stay, which was smooth and peaceful. A bonus was the filtered water available to us in the shared kitchen at any time throughout our stay. Another bonus treat was getting visits from our “junior host,” their adorable house cat who was incredibly sweet, friendly, and a welcomed addition to our stay!

The street can be a bit noisy with motorists (our room was closest to the street) but we had ear plugs that helped with that!

Very much enjoyed staying at Recanto and would recommend to friends.

The location was very good in order to get to the historic centre. Also nearby a supermarket which comes in handy as each room comes with a share kitchen area for breakfast. Otto the owner is very accommodating and although doesn’t speak much English, does he very best to make sure you know where to go and what to do. The property is very secure and comes with a gate.

The bathroom was very small, however not a massive issue. Was only a fan in the room (no AC) which could be an issue in the warmer months.

Cosy stay in quiet location, very close to town centre

This pousada is very well located, away from tourist roads in a quiet road. Our stay felt very homely. Both Sandra and Otto are very lovely and made sure we were very comfortable. there is also a kitchen we can use for meals.

Overall everything was nice. but we couldn't keep food in the bedroom because of ants. Also, it would be nice to have a few more cooking utensils in the kitchen.

Above perfect

Everything! The room is super clean, 3 minutes walk from the center. The decoration makes you feel in a real brazilian house, very minimal and beautiful! You can use a small kitchen for coffee and breakfast. The hosts were extremely responsive to my questions and were always checking on me. The best part of it all is the ladies who work and live there. They made me feel like home

Atendimento ótimo, cuidadoso e extremamente solícito. Os quartos contam com boa ventilação, o que deixa o ambiente mais arejado e torna a estadia mais leve. A cozinha compartilhada, equipada com itens de necessidade rápida, facilita quem fica por mais dias e traz ainda mais conforto. Foi minha primeira vez em Paraty, adorei a experiência e espero voltar, ficando na mesma pousada.

A localização é perfeita, muito perto do centro. Você pode fazer tudo a pé. O anfitrião, Otton foi sensacional! Extremamente atencioso. Quarto muito limpo, roupas de cama e toalhas de banho limpas e cheirosa.

Não existe o que eu não gostei. O quarto é pequeno, mas pelo valor pago, o custo benefício vale muito a pena.
