Very disappointing stay.

The room was modern and spacious, the location was close to the old town.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to contact the host on arrival, and it took an hour to get in touch. We were then told the room would not be ready for a further two hours as it was dirty. We were only able to use the room after 7pm, long after the described check-in time. The room smelled bad, the bed was quite uncomfortable, and access to the property was via the main buildings garden which contained loud dogs.

Boa hospedagem!

A estadia foi muito boa. A casa tem garagem, fica muito próximo do centro histórico de Paraty, é limpa, bem organizada e com um quarto agradável e equipado para lanches rápidos com copos, pratos, sanduicheira e frigobar. As pessoas foram receptivas e não tivemos nenhum problema para acessar as comodidades em qualquer horário. Recomendo, é muito boa.

A localização não é exata no maps e demoramos a encontrar a residência quando chegamos. A cama também é um pouco dura, mas nada demais. Outro ponto que não foi tão bom, é que tinha um pessoal que conversou muito alto na parte debaixo da casa, embaixo do quarto, mas nada que fosse até tarde também. Acho que a estadia vale a pena mesmo assim.

Alguns pontos a se melhorar

A localização é ótima , a decoração muito bonita e agradável.

Tinha tudo para ser 10 , porém a cama era extremamente dura , o ar-condicionado faz muito barulho , havia batatas no local e não havia alguém para retirar lixos e nem produtos para que nós mesmo fizéssemos a limpeza durante os dias que estávamos lá . Também a janela que fica próximo da pia é muito clara, o que ainda faz você acordar assim que o sol nasce .. Esperava mais e fiquei bem descontente , pois a noite era difícil conseguir dormir pelo desconforto no coxão duro e logo ao amanhecer o sol já clareava o quarto inteiro.

A localização excelente, equipe flexível e muito gentil conosco. Nos sentimos muito à vontade no local, seguro, iluminado e familiar. O quarto é grande e bem confortável. Pedimos cobertores e fomos prontamente atendidos.

Ficamos 5 dias e, como funciona como locação, não é realizada a limpeza do quarto, sendo responsabilidade dos hóspedes. Também sentimos falta de um local para colocar as roupas, com cabides ou algo do gênero.

O espaço é confortável demais. Ar, chuveiro, frigobar e Tv funcionam perfeitamente. A localização é ótima. É na lateral de um mercado, o q facilita bastante caso queira lanches rápidos. É mto perto do centro, fomos a pé todos os dias e o carro ficou na garagem. A anfitriã é prestativa. Não tivemos nenhum incômodo. Com certeza vamos voltar!
