The owner was very welcoming and there was tea and coffee facilities as well as water and fresh milk in the fridge. The guest house was well situated with a pleasant walk into Poole and buses to Bournemouth and Sandbanks.
The en-suite was very small. It was difficult to use the toilet and the very small shower cubicle had a very old Mira control which was difficult to work sometimes no water and sometimes only hot water.

The property was in a perfect location for our short stay. The house is immaculate , super clean, beautifully decorated and there is plenty of parking. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.
We had booked the budget room (the last available room) which turned out to be the small double in the loft, not easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues. To be fair the owner was super concerned and offered us an alternative room in a different property but we were content to stay.

Extremely clean and fresh. Fridge in the room water provided. Excellent location for local bus services
No food or breakfast but that is not a problem if you know in advance.(hence room fridge)
Room was quite small not a lot of room to spread out (but really not a problem)

Thought it was pretty with lovely kept garden. Very clean and tidy
The bedroom was facing the main road and the traffic noise was just so loud, I wasn’t able to shut the window as the temperature would be too hot, so I hardly slept. Perhaps if there were fans in the room during hot weather the windows could be shut reducing the traffic noise.
