It was way more than we expected and the location car park, food, rooms, scenic place

Our stay with two energetic toddlers left the room in a delightful disarray. While the charm of the place shone through, the absence of daily room service would have been a welcome touch to keep things tidy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed for two nights – three adults and two small children – and our experience was absolutely wonderful! Although the hotel looks a bit older in terms of renovation, it truly deserves all its stars. We loved everything, especially for families: • The location is fantastic, with a breathtaking mountain view. • The pool and sauna are clean, well maintained, and offer an amazing view. • The food is rich, varied, and delicious – both breakfast and dinner were excellent. • The price is great for everything that’s included. • The sky bar is stunning, with mountain views and tasty cocktails. • The small indoor playground is perfect for kids. • The reception staff were very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and well organized. We were impressed by the attention to detail: Rituals toiletries (a high-quality brand), coffee and tea in the room, children’s beds prepared, a balcony with a beautiful view, a very comfortable bed, and even a small box with handy items like a needle and thread or a nail file. Everything is so thoughtfully arranged. We would definitely come back again! Highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Advertised sky bar closed for two nights and reportedly out of food for a third. Very poor. Restaurant is buffet, average quality and too expensive.

Room 122 above kitchen. Do not plan to sleep at the evening and early morning when dishes to be prepared. Also no aircon all over the facility which becomes an issue this time. Wifi in room 122 and 301 basically does no exist.

great for short stay with kids in lovely Bad Reichenhall

great location, very central yet quiet. good breakfast with big choice. nice sauna. nice playroom and play ground for kids. beds are comfortable and rooms big. we slept here twice, on the way to and back from our final destination. the first time we had a better room. the second room had a bathroom for people on wheelchair, which was not practical with a little kid.

nothing, but it might be useful to know that the clientele is 90% pensioners. there were almost no kids while we were there, even though it is a family hotel. it might have to do with the time of the year.

Exceptional

Very nice spacious rooms with view to the mountains, very clean, we were surprised to have already the couch prepared for our child with a small teddy bar on it even if we did not asked for it. Very nice Sky bar. My husband forgot his tooth brush and they helped him with anew one. The hotel is closed to everything by foot :)

Everything was perfect! If again in Bad Reichenhall would stay again there.

The room was cleaned properly and the staff at the breakfast was nice and helpful.

I like "Booking" because usually it builds a realistic and fair expectation. Not in this case. This hotel is defined as 4 stars with very high ( over 9 ) satisfaction rate. In this case, there was only one mistake: It is very nice 3 stars hotel: The room is small but reasonable but the bathroom is very small. Their request to pay additional money for the bathrobe is not acceptable in 4 stars hotel. The access from the underground parking to the rooms is inconvenient. I will not get back there. If I would know the true situation in advance, I'd book another hotel. It is not so much their fault but "Booking" mistake in setting up wrong expectations.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff, parking options, great breakfast, room service, walking distance to the Therme, sky bar.... They also gave us a 10 Euro voucher as we said we don't want to have our room cleaned. The voucher could be used for.the bill we had to pay in the end. Very environmental friendly

A very nice hotel with swimming pool/sauna/spa in the Bavarian alps. breakfast was very good, rich and tasty. swimming pool is excellent, a little crowded at times, but we came early morning and the place was pretty free. price was good, has parking place.

furniture/design is a bit out dated the city (Bad Reichenhall) was pretty much closed down when we were here, as it was a holiday. and when the stores are closed, there's really very little to do in the city.

At one bedroom, the bed was in metal but the mattress was not high enough, so it was not very comfortable, When my husband was waking up, due to this metal bar, he made a brutal movement on his shoulder and he got hurt...Maybe it could be better to install a higher mattress so that the body does not touch the metal bar.

Exceptional

I can highly recommend this hotel if you are looking somewhere to stay in Bad Reichenhall. It is situated in a quiet leafy street within easy walking distance to the centre of the village. The staff were excellent and the bedrooms were extremely clean and great value. The breakfast was also wonderful. It also has a great fitness room and pool area as well as underground parking. The rooftop bar is also worth a visit. We would definitely stay there again.
