When you apprreciate location the most

Location was the best thing in this hotel. Room was quite small but the wall in the family room was great! Also we had beautiful scenery from our room at the top floor. Free baby bed!

Instructions beforehand and signs (at the scene) to the parking hall of hotel guests were missing. There wasn't any and it would have been helpful. Also in the garage: you need to pull BOTH of the red ropes to get out. We arrived two hours before check-in. They told us that the room is not ready yet. That was fine. But when we were leaving outside within half on hour, the room was ready and "normally early check-in would cost extra but i'm giving it for free". Well thanks but we didn't even asked early check-in, she just stopped us and wanted to give us the keys. Also she made us pay for the citybusses wchich we didn't need. It sounded like it's included to the price and my name was already printed on the ticket. Breakfast wasn't special, just basic. Next morning cleaning in our apartment has started even though we hadn't check-out yet! We came back to our room 11 o'clock and cleaning lady said sorry for couple of times and then left. So what we didn't like: staff.

Great hotel in a perfect location

Divided room between bunk beds and main bed. My youngest was so happy when she found her own towels and shower soap. It truly made her stay.

The restaurant did not open on Mondays. More healthier breakfast options for the kids (although they enjoyed the smarties I would have preferred the pancake option)

Great hotel with brand new facilities. Only drawback was the sauna deficiency.

It was really clean and modern. Parking was easy if a bit pricey. Breakfast selection was very good. Location was awesome as it was in the middle of downtown Bad Reichenhall.

The sauna was dangerous. The sauna had tile floor without any wood or plastic slats. The tiles were so hot that we burned our feet after standing on it for 5 seconds. I have been to many saunas and in no other sauna was the wood of the benches as hot as here.

Rekaxing stay during vacation

New nice and very clean Ibis style hotel. The place is very quiet in pedestriant street. It was comfortable to sleep.

There were no kettle in the room. The breakfast are basic.

Clean comfortable rooms right in the centre. Magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and park. We had booked early check in, but arrived even before that. Our youngest son was not feeling well, and the staff was gracious enough to let us enter the room several hours before our check-in time. Breakfast was tasty and well stocked

Great location, parking was easy(15€ per night), arrived late and left before breakfast started but hotel was able to make a breakfast bag to go with prior information. Great spacious bathroom. Will definitely come back.

AC took a while to cool the room, Family room bunk beds are very small (take note of their info showing size) but problem solved moving mattress to floor.

Excellent hotel and location. Room and beds were very good. The breakfast was also great. The staff were super friendly and we very much appreciated the upgrade we received to a room with balcony. The young lady at the reception, Angie, was super nice. We will definitely return.
