Large rooms. Comfy beds. Nice breakfast. Large room.

Sauna is small with respect to the hotel size. Lighting in the bedroom was limited.

Nice and comfortable rooms with a garage for a car, very good breakfast options and good position

Location is good but you need a car or some other transport to go around. Rooms are very tipical for this type of a hotel and they are good with everything you need, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is really good and you have many options, both warm and cold. Sauna is limited but good

Lovely stay.

The hotel was in a good location for trains and buses. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and well maintained and with good underground parking which had an additional charge of €8.50 per night. I was happy to pay this knowing that my car was safe while we visited different locations we found the Restaurant to have a good choice of food and found it to be of reasonable value. The food that we had was nicely cooked and of good quality,our bedroom was clean and tidy and of good size with a balcony and views of the mountains behind we made use of the spa facilities Which again were clean and tidy but be aware that the sauna is strictly naked we weren’t put off by this. There was a good choice of food at breakfast time. I would stay at this hotel again and feel very comfortable in recommending it.

Everything was perfect except the strong odor.

The room was perfect with a great view!

The hotel, the staff, the breakfastvwas great. However, there was a really strong odor in the room, I had to keep the balcony door slightly open.

Bavaria comfort in style!

We loved everything about this beautiful hotel. The pool and sauna was superb. Breakfast, the best, especially the omelette man. Staff were brilliant. Its such a great place to relax in Bavaria We will come back.

It was not as good as previous stay in December i think 2017

Breakfast was great as usual

1. one of our room balcony floor was still cement, not yet tiled. 2. the same room was leaking on our 3rd day after it rain. 3. My friend sent a package for me to the hotel a few days before we arrived. I ask the front desk to check 2 times. they said nothing came. I had to contact my friend who was on the plane telling him about it. I had to wait another 7 hours before he land at his destination before he sent me a copy of the parcel was delivered. So I show this to the front office, then they found out that the housekeeper kept it, so she delivered to my room

Improve dinner options - more variety - similar meals each night..also it would help with kettle - with tea and instant coffee would help too. And, an iron / with a board. Laundry was very expensive - had it been cheaper (we had a lot of laundry to do)

Great location, yum food, friendly staff

The room was very large and comfortable, we had a nice view of the mountains. The staff were very friendly, especially the restaurant staff who loved a little banter! The restaurant food was delicious and high quality. The location was perfect for us as it was just 15min off our route across Austria.

The decor was old fashioned and the wifi constantly dropped out.

This is a big facility with pool, sauna and restaurant. We arrived late and were still able to have dinner (restaurant is probably open until 9 PM). The restaurant has some good vegetarian / vegan options. Parking was free outside on the premises of the hotel. For garage you probably have to pay. The bathroom was very comfortable and completely renovated. All in all, recommended.

Great hotel for a lovely stay in this beautiful city

Fantastic hotel only a few minutes away on foot from the train station and 15-20 minutes drive from Salzburg airport. Huge room with balcony, big bathroom, great breakfast buffet and very friendly and helpful staff

The "spa" facilities were relatively small and the massage area is badly understaffed

Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were nice and quite new. The breakfast was amazing. So many options to choose from. The view from our room to the mountains was beautiful. About 30 minutes drive to the königssee lake. Few good restaurants from walking distance.

Beautiful comfortable hotel with a fantastic breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with nice staff. Really enjoyed the fantastic breakfast it was very special. They even let my friends come and pay separately for their breakfasts even though they weren’t staying at the hotel. The beds were comfortable their room was quite clean and had nice amenities. Highly recommended.
