Not for more than 1-night stays

Friendly and helpful host. Good location and ease of access to public transport. We were offered free public transportation for the duration of the stay. Host recommended useful places for us.

The house and everything in it are old and dingy. Many things lying around and a very stale and moldy smell all over unfortunately. good choice for a 1-night stay but for more than this I do not recommend. We traveled with our son, the extra bed offered was like sleeping on a metal rod, on the floor. We had to sleep on the 2 separate beds that kept moving apart in the night. Very uncomfortable. Very small room and bathroom. We were happy to leave.

Pleasant

House could be better kept. It was a lovely personal experience with Mr. Grassman and his sweet cats. The house’s common areas had could have been kept neater and vacant of his personal affects. While a turn off at first, we barely noticed them on day 3, and enjoyed his conversation. 3/10 on day one but a 6/10 by day three.

Väldigt litet rum. Det var väldigt stökigt både i huset och utanför. Inte trevligt med allt skräp i hallen och utanför vår dörr. Kan knappast kallas att det fanns kök i rummet , det bestod av en elplatta i fönstret med någon kastrull och en micro på väggen och lite pryttlar på ett kylskåp.

Alles in Ordnung

Wir würden sehr nett empfangen. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auf Kinder ist Herr Graßmann dabei nochmals extra eingegangen. Unser Zimmer war in einem einwandfreien Zustand, man hatte durch den Kühlschrank die Möglichkeit mitgebrachtes Essen zu lagern. Herr Graßmann stand jederzeit für Ausflugstipps zur Verfügung. Es hat uns gut gefallen und das zu einem fairen Preis. Wer sich an der "Deko" stört soll sich zu einem weit aus höheren Preis eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Wir waren zufrieden, zumal man in der Regel ja den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist.

Het huis, de kamer, de rommel op de gangen, de rommel rond om het huis, de flessen schoonmaakmiddelen die overal rond slingerden, de gordijnen die rommel moesten verbergen, etc..
