Comortable stay in slighly dated quiet hotel

A large and comfortable, quiet room at the top of the hotel with a great view of the surrounding mountaints. The hotel is in a residential area within 10 mins walk of the centre, with car and bike parking out the back.

The decor in the room and around the hotel was dated. The breakfast was basic without the quality ingredients.

Great building - tasteful throughout

Friendly welcome. Sweets. Nice room. Good bed. Good balcony overlooking the street. Availability to address minor problems.- see later. Good breakfast. Decor throughout is tasteful.

TV didn't work - needed maintenance to visit. Couch (bed settee) wasn't stable - needed sorted. All quite funny but distracted from our enjoyment of the hotel.

Kind stuff, delicious breakfast, clean room, nice view to mountains

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and stuff was very kind and made coffee for us. Reception was very kind and helpfull. Atmosphere was so welcoming

Breakfast was at different building than apartments, but the buildings were next to each other and in warm day/weather no problem to go outside to other building

Great little place in a pretty area.

My 2nd stay here, a different room in the main house this time was nice with a pretty view of the mountains. Breakfast was pretty much what is available at most good quality places like this, not exceptional, yet fresh and nicely presented. It's only a few minutes walk from Rupertus Therme and the streets are very quiet at night.

Exceptional

The hotel is situated in a quiet area which is close to the town and has its own parking. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There was a patio area over looking an out door seating area which we used as the weather was very warm. The breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. Booking in and out was easy and the staff very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

There is nothing I did not like about the hotel. This was my second visit in the last four years and the standards had been maintained from the previous visit.

Lovely hotel in a spa town that doesn't get a lot of publicity.

Beautiful hotel, modern design. Great location if you're using the spa in the city.

Some of the staff were not friendly or helpful on some occasions. Told us rather rudely that the gondola to the top of the mountain was closed because it was Christmas, but it was open all day. Made it seem like it was a stupid question for us to ask. Maybe because it was the holidays they had other people working the front desk who would not normally be there.

A budget price for a special experience

What a fantastic hotel! Lovely staff, great buffet breakfast, a fantastic little living room with free sparkling water and coffee, and a balcony in my room overlooking the mountains. And all for such a great price. Thank you!

It was sometimes hard to get hold of staff. For instance, I had to search quite a bit when I picked up my luggage.

Pleasant

Not far from the train station.The hotel serves breakfast .The hostess can speak English and enthusiastic. I like its balcony.

The variety of breakfast is very small, I don't like it very much. The sink in the bathroom is very shallow.

He thought it was wonderful

I got this room for my dad, he said the facilities were great and the breakfast was phenomenal, It was right in the heart of town which was beautiful and easy to navigate around, He was very very happy, he went to the gardens every day and loved the whole area.

Very convenient for a quick stay. Bookmarked this for future times.

Very professional attitude for late check-in. I was delayed due to traffic and hotel contacted me on their own initiative to check on my arrival eta. They've arranged a way for me to check-in late. As a bonus the breakfast buffet was splendid: excellent choice of food exceeding the usual and good arrangements for covid-19.

Tolles Hotel

Sehr netter Empfang. Sehr schönes Zimmer bekommen, liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, und gratis Wasserflasche am Zimmer, das man jederzeit am Wasserspender am Flur auffüllen konnte. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Frühstück war sehr gut und für jeden etwas dabei, alles war frisch und seit langen mal wieder richtigen guten Orangensaft und Multisaft ohne Konzentrat bekommen. Da können sich manch 4 Sternehotels mal ein Beispiel nehmen😉 Werde gerne wieder kommen und das Hotel auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen. Parkplätze waren im Innenhof und auf der Straße direkt vor dem Hotel zu finden und kostenlos.
