A recommended place to stay in Berchtesgaden for family

The breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of bread options and choices for tea, coffee, and juices. The hotel's location is very appealing, and our rooms offered an amazing mountain view. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

The kitchen inside the room could have been better equipped, as there were not many utensils available

Enjoyed every day staying here. Good location. Friendly and supportive staff. Specious and clean rooms. Room has coffee machine, microwave, sink, plates and glasses - all that you could need during your stay. Not too much, but sufficient variety of tasty breakfast. The self service Laundry room in the hotel added an extremely value to our stay.

No conditioner, only the ventilation in the room.

It is not a hotel, services are missing. Also far from center to go out for dinner.

not 24h reception. It avertised as a hotel but it is much more a hostel. No kitchen available ONLY breakfast. Room was a bit cold and after 5pm reception is not available to help or you need to pay extra charges to get them onsite. Same price as noral hotel with better services...

Most things were excellent and we had a great stay. Lovely staff, always smiling, made us feel very welcome. Large rooms, brand-new suites, very clean, great view of mountains. Nice breakfast. Parking directly outside lobby. Really enjoyed it and would return. Great job!!

From the entire stay, only two things could have been better. The air-con in the room wasn't great. We had it on its lowest possible setting and it didn't really do anything. It was a bit like an air vent, not an AC unit. Also, the breakfast was great but on Sunday morning, the service stopped (no more food brought out) at 09:30 and the breakfast buffet was open until 10:30. Some people were asking for food but nothing came out.

Superb

The hotel is very nice! New and stylish interior. We had a beautiful mountains view from the balcony. Room is big enough for 2 people. There is also a mini-kitchen there with a fridge, microwave and cutlery. Nice restaurant for breakfast also with mountains view. 30 minutes away from Konigsee lake if you go by car. The staff isn’t available after 5 pm but there instructions for self check-in. The breakfast was good enough. Area around is also amazing.

The bad was too soft for me. Also the air conditioner didn’t work well so it was hot in the night. Be ready to pay 9 eur per day for parking and 3.5 touristic tax per night per person. Also there is cleaning fee if you stay more than 2 nights.

Modern, but has issues

The breakfast was amazing, the location is also very nice. We liked that the hotel was really modern.

We had some issues with the check-in as the stay was booked through Booking... We did have to pay extra for "cleaning fee" as we stayed 2+ nights - we thought that this would mean that someone would come and clean the room/refill the coffee, however this did not happen. We are still unsure what the cleaning fee actually brought us. The staff was arrogant at first (when there were issues with the booking - they demanded we paid double and also suggested that we "wouldn't understand" why there was an issue with the payment).

We enjoyed our stay only because the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean .

Breakfast was really awesome with a good spread. Location was not really good as one have to walk uphill all the way from the main shopping area. No restaurants or shops nearby. The rooms were clean .

Firstly there was no one at the reception area after 6pm. You have to call a number after 6 pm for them to get you something. There was no phones in the rooms . We had to come down to the reception to call the given number on the card. There was a kitchen but without any stove or hot plate for us to cook, there was a microwave oven only . The pillows was way too soft for ones liking . They did not give any spare pillows at all. No spare towels given even when we stayed there for 3 nights , The reason given by the reception was that they were going green . I found that ridiculous . No spare bar soap . For daily cleaning service we had to pay extra.

Keine Zahnputzbecher, keine Handtuchhalter, keine Kofferablage, minimale Ablagefläche im Bad, keine Kosmetiktücher, kein Filterkaffee, Tische im Frühstücksraum nicht eingedeckt, aufgefüllt wurde auch nicht, keine Zimmerreinigung, Handtuchwechsel 9 Euro extra, 1 Sessel für 2 Personen, Mikrowellenuhr sehr hell und störend. Überqellender Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon (wohl vergessen worden zu leeren)

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

Wir wurden an der Rezeption außerordentlich freundlich empfangen und gleich mit vielen nützlichen Tipps versorgt 😊. Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage, das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge.

Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, hat aber alles was man braucht

Jobb szobát kaptunk, mint amit kértünk, azonos áron. Kedves személyzet, gördülékeny online bejelentkezés, parkolás. A reggeli bőséges, finom. A szoba tágas, az ágy 10 pontos, szuper kilátás a teraszról a környék hegyeire. Kis konyhasarok, mikrohullámú sütővel, hűtővel, étkészlettel. A fürdőszoba nagy, jó zuhannyal. Szívesen maradtunk volna még! Jó bázis a környék felfedezéséhez!

Trotz schlechten Wetter im Juli haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen

- Bei einem Problem wurde sich umgehend gekümmert. - Es gab einen Zettel mit Restaurant Empfehlungen, die wir genutzt haben und es war wie versprochen sehr gut. - Schönes Hotel mit sehr netten Personal. - Tolle Aussicht. - Kurze Wege zum Zentrum und zum Bahnhof. - Großer Kühlschrank. - Das Display der Mikrowelle war abgedeckt. - Ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten.

- Viel zu wenig Ablagefläche im Bad (sogar das Klopapier mußte auf dem Mülleimer gestapelt werden 😉) - Kein Wasserkocher. Wasser für bereit liegende Teebeutel hätte nur in der Mikrowelle gekocht werden können. - Leider keine Garderobe.

- Gute Lage in Bad Reichenhall zum Zentrum & Bahnhof - guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Region - (kostenpflichtige) Waschmaschinen & Trockner - gutes Frühstücksangebot - freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter

- Schwächen in der Organisation & Kommunikation (z.B. fehlerhafte/unvollständige Angaben zu Kosten/Laufzeiten Waschmaschine & Trockner; Bar nur an 3 Tagen geöffnet, Info dazu nur in einem Flyer versteckt, sonst keine weiteren Infos im Hause hierzu gefunden; Rezeption nur bis 17 Uhr besetzt, danach kein neues Toiletten-Papier im Hause fürs Zimmer verfügbar; keine Zimmerreinigung und Handtuchtausch, auch bei 5 Tagen Aufenthalt; Frühstücksbuffet wird - bei regelmäßigem Besuch einer größeren Gruppe nicht vollständig und nur mit Verzögerung nachgefüllt, daher besser vor 7:45 Uhr frühstücken) - die Handtücher rochen nicht so angenehm und wurden während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht gewechselt - keine Tagesgardinen im Zimmer trotz großer Fensterfront und Hochhausbalkonen gegenüber - schmutzige (klebriger Boden) Fahrstühle - kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz (9€/Tag) nicht günstig und teilweise sehr stark belegt

Locatie was top. Op korte loopafstand van centrum.

Geen airco aanwezig, wel misleidend op booking.com. Was erg warm op de kamer. Kregen wel een ventilator om de pijn te verzachten. Geen privacy door ontbreken van een 2e gordijn. Gordijn erg lichtdoorlatend. Op onze nacht waren er militairen die even ons wakker hielden. Daarna was t stil. Ontbijt was simpel maar prima. Qua prijs is het aan de hoge kant voor wat je er terug krijgt. De man bij receptie was uiterst vriendelijk, niks op aan te merken, dat is een dikke plus.
