A recommended place to stay in Berchtesgaden for family

The breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of bread options and choices for tea, coffee, and juices. The hotel's location is very appealing, and our rooms offered an amazing mountain view. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

The kitchen inside the room could have been better equipped, as there were not many utensils available

Excellent stay!

Enjoyed every day staying here. Good location. Friendly and supportive staff. Specious and clean rooms. Room has coffee machine, microwave, sink, plates and glasses - all that you could need during your stay. Not too much, but sufficient variety of tasty breakfast. The self service Laundry room in the hotel added an extremely value to our stay.

No conditioner, only the ventilation in the room.

It is not a hotel, services are missing. Also far from center to go out for dinner.

not 24h reception. It avertised as a hotel but it is much more a hostel. No kitchen available ONLY breakfast. Room was a bit cold and after 5pm reception is not available to help or you need to pay extra charges to get them onsite. Same price as noral hotel with better services...

Excellent Hotel !!! Excellent Rooms !!! Lovely Staff !!!

Most things were excellent and we had a great stay. Lovely staff, always smiling, made us feel very welcome. Large rooms, brand-new suites, very clean, great view of mountains. Nice breakfast. Parking directly outside lobby. Really enjoyed it and would return. Great job!!

From the entire stay, only two things could have been better. The air-con in the room wasn't great. We had it on its lowest possible setting and it didn't really do anything. It was a bit like an air vent, not an AC unit. Also, the breakfast was great but on Sunday morning, the service stopped (no more food brought out) at 09:30 and the breakfast buffet was open until 10:30. Some people were asking for food but nothing came out.

Superb

The hotel is very nice! New and stylish interior. We had a beautiful mountains view from the balcony. Room is big enough for 2 people. There is also a mini-kitchen there with a fridge, microwave and cutlery. Nice restaurant for breakfast also with mountains view. 30 minutes away from Konigsee lake if you go by car. The staff isn’t available after 5 pm but there instructions for self check-in. The breakfast was good enough. Area around is also amazing.

The bad was too soft for me. Also the air conditioner didn’t work well so it was hot in the night. Be ready to pay 9 eur per day for parking and 3.5 touristic tax per night per person. Also there is cleaning fee if you stay more than 2 nights.

Modern, but has issues

The breakfast was amazing, the location is also very nice. We liked that the hotel was really modern.

We had some issues with the check-in as the stay was booked through Booking... We did have to pay extra for "cleaning fee" as we stayed 2+ nights - we thought that this would mean that someone would come and clean the room/refill the coffee, however this did not happen. We are still unsure what the cleaning fee actually brought us. The staff was arrogant at first (when there were issues with the booking - they demanded we paid double and also suggested that we "wouldn't understand" why there was an issue with the payment).

We enjoyed our stay only because the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean .

Breakfast was really awesome with a good spread. Location was not really good as one have to walk uphill all the way from the main shopping area. No restaurants or shops nearby. The rooms were clean .

Firstly there was no one at the reception area after 6pm. You have to call a number after 6 pm for them to get you something. There was no phones in the rooms . We had to come down to the reception to call the given number on the card. There was a kitchen but without any stove or hot plate for us to cook, there was a microwave oven only . The pillows was way too soft for ones liking . They did not give any spare pillows at all. No spare towels given even when we stayed there for 3 nights , The reason given by the reception was that they were going green . I found that ridiculous . No spare bar soap . For daily cleaning service we had to pay extra.

Mega Aussicht

Zimmer mit einem Bergpanorama das seines gleichen sucht. Mega. Das Haus ist auf einem Hügel und man ist quasi über den Dächern der Stadt. Trotzdem ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Fußgängerzone. Top. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet. Im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug, eine Tiefgarage, einen Aufenthaltsraum im Eingangsbereich. Auch im Frühstücksraum genießt man das tolle Bergpanorama. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und lecker. Alles ist sauber. Keine versteckten Extrakosten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Es ist kein Hotel, also keine tägliche Reinigung, hat uns nicht gestört. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet inkl. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kapsel Kaffeemaschine. Ich würde dort wieder übernachten.

In der Dusche gab es ein paar Stockflecken und der Abfluss roch komisch. War kein Drama aber der Vollständigkeit halber muss ich es nennen. Es gibt leider keinen Wasserkocher. Der hat echt gefehlt um sich einen Tee zuzubereiten. Sonst war alles ok.

Silvesterurlaub mit Einschränkungen

Die Zimmer überzeugen durch bodentiefe Fenster, die viel Tageslicht hereinlassen und für ein angenehmes Raumgefühl sorgen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und bietet täglich eine gute Abwechslung. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft und der Zimmer ist neuwertig und ansprechend. Die Stadtmitte/Fußgängerzone ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplatz oder Parkgarage ist vorhanden.

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt sehr hochpreisig, wobei das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht ausgewogen ist. Eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung findet nicht statt. Frische Handtücher gibt es lediglich bei Anreise und am zweiten Tag und auch nur dann, wenn der Aufenthalt länger als vier Tage dauert. Die Unterkunft ist äußerst hundefreundlich. Hunde, deren Gerüche sowie Haare waren nahezu überall wahrnehmbar. Die Rezeption ist nur bis 17 Uhr besetzt. Die Bar war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts aufgrund von Personalmangel geschlossen. Zimmer in direkter Nähe zum Aufzug sind für geräuschempfindliche Gäste nicht zu empfehlen, da die Geräuschkulisse bei Nutzung des Aufzugs deutlich hörbar ist.

Schönes Hotel in schöner Umgebung

Wir waren bereits zum 2.Mal im Boardinghaus und beide Male sehr zufrieden. Als wir spätabends zurückkamen und unsere Zimmerkarte am Haupteingang nicht mehr funktionierte, kam nach tel. Rücksprache relativ schnell ein Mitarbeiter von außerhalb angefahren.

Leider kein Restaurant, zum Essen muss man runter in die Stadt.

Nichts negatives feststellbar Idee: Im WC/Bad Papierrollenhalter für Ersatzrolle anbringen - nicht auf den Abfalleimer legen.

Das ist KEIN Hotel, sondern ein Apartmenthaus und dafür definitiv zu teuer

Gepflegte moderne Zimmer, relativ ruhige Lage

Keine Zahnputzbecher, keine Handtuchhalter, keine Kofferablage, minimale Ablagefläche im Bad, keine Kosmetiktücher, kein Filterkaffee, Tische im Frühstücksraum nicht eingedeckt, aufgefüllt wurde auch nicht, keine Zimmerreinigung, Handtuchwechsel 9 Euro extra, 1 Sessel für 2 Personen, Mikrowellenuhr sehr hell und störend. Überqellender Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon (wohl vergessen worden zu leeren)

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

Wir wurden an der Rezeption außerordentlich freundlich empfangen und gleich mit vielen nützlichen Tipps versorgt 😊. Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage, das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge.

Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, hat aber alles was man braucht
