2 adults and a teenager.

Quiet restful location near the old town and the train station. The apartment had a lovely view of the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The relaxation rooms, sauna, and gym gave added value.

It would have been nice to have some deeper bowls for making porridge. The WiFi was not always reliable in the apartment, but there was a good connection in the relaxation rooms downstairs..

Clean comfortable hotel with nice wellness and oustanding breakfast

Clean beautiful accommodation, comfy parking. the hotel consists of several buildings, all was clean, practical and handy. The wellness is also very nice. What was absolutely outstanding was the breakfast! Such a wide choice of all savoury, sweet, fruit and veggies, we were really impressed!

A bit of noise from the street in the night, coming from traffic which is not huge, but from as the cars go by up the hill, it is a bit loud, but not a big issue.

Perfect central location with excellent breakfast and parking.

Alpenstadthotels is a group of at least three villas near each other wit a good amount of parking in a quiet area close to the pedestrian zone. I went for a concert in the Rotunda and it’s a 5 minute walk away. My room was newly refurbished in Villa Erika. Couldn’t have done with an extra blanket. Breakfast buffet in the main building, Hotel Sonnbichl, was very good and I could even have coffee in the sun in the garden. Delightful experience. Highly recommended.

Design stay in the heart of Bad Reichenhall

I've stayed for a weekend with a couple of friends; the position is perfect, just at the corner of the pedestrian zone, and there is free private parking behind the hotel. The design was really beautiful, it looked like being in a vintage museum; I also enjoyed the sauna a lot. The breakfast buffet was also really good. I would definitely stay again for a relaxing weekend.

They just changed the online reservation system so there was some problem with the room assignment; the staff was very friendly and correct the mistake asap.

Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. Great location near pedestrian street and shops.

Quiet and comfortable room, Bed and pillows were soft and clean. The room had a small armchair and sofa to read in your spare time. I highly recommend this hotel, value for money and with many options for breakfast. Charming and quiet rooms. Walking distance from the train station and very close to the pedestrian area where most of shops are located.

I liked everything at this hotel. I would certainly stay again when visiting Bad Reichenhall.

Staff so friendly. Great location near walking zone. Self-serve drinks at any time. Nice spa/sauna area. Really comfortable rooms with mountain views.

Lovely 3 night stay in beautiful part of Germany

We booked one of the flats with a view to the mountains and it was absolutely beautiful. The flat is spacious, full of light and very warm, just perfect. we travelled with a toddler and we had a cot prepared in the room. breakfast was great the hotel is 2 minutes from the high street and beautiful gardens and parks! there is also a great beer garden 2 minutes away which seemed to be frequented by locals with good food and beer

beautiful apartment, terrific balcony, best lichen I have seen in a hotel apartment, big screen, very comfortable bed, and modern bathroom with exceptional shower.

Parking was a bit difficult but just short walk if you come in late.

Loved the location, space of the room and the breakfast. Some attention needs to be given to the cleaning of the bathroom floors and mold in the shower corners. It would be a simple fix to get all the stars from me as a customers. Location is excellent!!

We‘ve had the 55qm apartment. From the very first minute we felt welcomed. The sensation of being at home has been very present in every corner of the apartment. Attention to details made all the difference. And it was very appreciated!

Great value for the price! Nice breakfast with typical German Fair plus scrambled eggs and bacon bits. Easy walking distance from the main pedestrian area. We liked how close we were to the Kurpark. Parking is very convenient right behind the hotel. Loved the hardwood floors in the room!!!

(These are all very minor issues.) It is a little tired. The bathrooms could’ve been a little cleaner in terms of hard water stains. Parking gets very crowded at times. Breakfast is also kinda crowded with both the Hotel Sonnenbichl and Erika guests. Nevertheless, definitely high value place for the price.

Außergewöhnliches Ambiente im Haus Sonnenbichl

Wunderschönes Apartment mit Balkon, neu und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Das viele Holz machte es sehr gemütlich. Bequeme Betten, es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Im gesamten Haupthaus war das Ambiente außergewöhnlich schön und stilvoll, beginnend mit der Lobby, der kleinen Bar, dem Frühstücksraum und dem Wellnessbereich. Alles ganz toll eingerichtet. Das gesamte Haus war sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls top, sehr reichhaltig und alles ansprechend angerichtet. Wir haben uns insgesamt absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt nah am Zentrum. Geschäfte und auch Wirtshäuser sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zu empfehlen ist das Wieninger: nette Leute und gutes Essen.

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren. Eine Anmerkung: eine Uhr im Apartment wäre toll.

Hotel in guter Lage

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, 1 Minute zur Fußgängerzone. Das Frühstück gab es im Haus Sonnenbichl (Haupthaus) und war außergewöhnlich, sehr grosse Auswahl und tolles Ambiente. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind verfügbar. Das Zimmer hatte ein neues Bad.

Im Vergleich zum "Haus Sonnenbichl" fehlt in Haus Erika der Charme. Das Zimmer war nicht ansprechend und gemütlich, es wirkte dunkel, das Mobiliar veraltet. Hätten wir nicht einige Tage später im Haupthaus gewohnt, was uns sehr gefallen hat, wären wir nicht wieder gekommen.
