Balcony in room 1 was brilliant & the shower was fantastic. I’d recommend paying for the property parking, literally outside. The fully automated system worked like a dream, no issues and very easy to use lovkey peaceful location with the city centre a short walk away 👍👍

Location was excellent. Spacious and nicely decorated. Excellent secure parking available.

Shower door leaked a lot Bathroom door needs adjusting - it was very difficult to close.

Not safe

Basic room but clean

There are zero staff, I have stayed in "hotels" like this before where it is just a whatsapp to contact and there is always someone there in the back room but there was noone here. Most concerning was that they did not answer messages or calls. I would go further and say if you are on your own, I do not believe it is safe. I paid for the parking which he only tells me after I have paid that the car must leave by 11, like a scam

Location was great so close to city centre. Difficult to rate staff as it is all automated but I did have queries about the codes and they were very quick in replying.

It was very hot, A/C is required in summer (the provided ventilator is not enough). Slow drainage in the shower (fixed when reported).

Beautiful, Easy, 100% Recommend!

Th location of this property was fantastic, easy to find, walking distance to the centre but away from all the noise! Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The property is beautifully presented & maintained, feels very secure & like a small hotel with the lovely foyer. Our room was lovely! Small but had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, lovely big windows (in case the weather is nice & warm), stunning bathroom and big wardrobe for our luggage! We didn’t use the car park as only stayed a few nights but when out there it’s really secure! Host is really responsive on the app seeing as we booked & checked in super last minute at 10:30pm on a Sunday due to complications with our original booking at a different property! Answered any questions we had & overall fantastic experience! Will recommend! Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

A lovely stay

The location is very quiet and only a 15 mins walk into the centre of Brugge. The room was very clean and the bed is very comfortable. We had tea and coffee facilities with a mini fridge which was very useful. The weather was quite warm so we made use of the fan provided in the room. A very good size bathroom and shower, again very clean. We had a lovely balcony that we used every day because the weather was so nice, a very peaceful neighbourhood. The parking was secure and the host was very quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this property.

A comfortable cocoon located a stone's thrown from the old town

* Super welcoming staff (a nice Belgium couple) who will happily share their love of the beautiful Bruges * Location is very convenient, not in the old Bruges per se, but you can walk from there and it was quite easy to park in the are * Very happy to find a comfortable suite with 2 bedrooms and a little balcony - we didn't have time to enjoy it, but it is a perfect spot to enjoy a beer after a long day of visit ! * Amazing breakfast (even if I would have enjoyed multigrain/whole bread) with super cute "verrines" : you can tell that the owners pay attention to every detail ! => I highly recommend it, and I plan to be back at the end of the year !

* Some noise at night (a guest left early, and the garages you can rent are located at the back, so the car literally drives on the other side of the wall) and we got an angry baby on our floor * Booking's attitude was dishonest: they refused to apply the "lowest price warrantee" using fallacious arguments as we booked it last minute => book it directly on the "La Maison Bruges" website, they deserve it !

Excellent stay, would come again.

The breakfast was amazing, it just kept coming and coming. Set us up for a whole day of exploring the city. Emilie was really helpful and charming and couldn't have done enough for us. The whole B&B was exceptionally clean and tidy. Would definitely use this venue again.

The bedroom floor is tile and was very cold to walk on. We had to put towels on the floor so we weren't walking on the tiles, although slippers were provided.

Highly recommend!

Located just on the outside of the city centre with an easy walk there and nice with quick access to the road as we came by car. Lovely host which provided an awesome breakfast! Our room also had a balcony where we could enjoy the sun.

Property was very welcoming and clean. Before deciding where to stay, I had 1 week of searching. This property had the best reviews and great benefits. Great breakfast ever and excellent service. Absolutely everything! The staff were fantastic, so welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, even better than described online! The breakfast included was amazing and honestly we have no negatives to say about this stay and couldn’t recommend staying enough!

Not suitable during cold months

The radiators stopped working during the evening, and the room was left very cold. There were no additional duvets/blankets so I was cold all night and couldn't sleep. Also the pillows were very uncomfortable and gave me neck pain.
