Lovely location. Excellent apartments and the most helpful staff

Very convenient and friendly, knowledgeable staff but the accoutrements could be improved.

Convenient location near the market square. Kitchen not very well equipped. King size bed in the living room next to the kitchen provides no privacy.

No ice bucket in room. Terrace is a tiny slab of concrete off one of the bedrooms with one chair. High walls. Kitchen not well stocked. Laundry facilities means they will do your laundry for you for a price per piece. We were expecting self service laundry.

Comfortable Stay

We had a lovely stay! The staff were very friendly, provided all the information we needed, and were always ready to help. The room was cozy and comfortable, with an option for four guests, which was perfect for us. The location is extremely central — just a 5-minute walk to the main square. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location and superb apartment

The 3 bedroom apartment was well presented and accommodated 7 mature women travelling together. The kitchen facilities were fantastic for managing breakfast and snacks. We didn’t cook any meals but it had the capacity if required.

Perfect break in a fabulous city.

Wonderful friendly welcome and shown to our apartment which was wonderful and suited the 6 of us so well. The Location was 5 minutes from the main square, perfect location for restaurants, bars, shops, walks and tourist attractions. We would definitely recommend and will return.

we were told house keeping us not included.! I was shocked as I never got the choice to include house keeping. it was sorted but I had to complain first . Parking was too tight. breakfast was poor . staff was good but never smiled . too noisy . people outside at night talked very loud and in the building people were very noisy

Our stay was brilliant, very happy, perfect location and very good sized apartments.

The location was amazing, right in the centre and there was everything on your doorstep. When picking up the door access cards, the man on Reception took me to the apartments and made sure the access cards were working. He was very helpful and arranged a taxi for us when leaving on the last day. Everyone was very friendly and the apartments were a fantastic size. The small kitchens had everything you'd need.

A great stay at a centrally located apartment.

A very central location just 5 min walk to the main square. Check in was at Aragon Hotel and the friendly staff brought us to the annex ( just around the corner). The apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There’s a little kitchenette which was sufficient for our needs. The right amount of space for the 6 of us. I highly recommend this apartment.

Unfortunately the elevator was not working when we arrived. It was inconvenient but not a big problem as we did not have any big suitcases to carry to the 2nd floor.

High standard intimate hotel

Very well designed high level hotel, with private parking . Comfortable appartment with 2 big bedrooms ,2 big bathrooms and an efficient kitchen. Very good breakfast. Fantastic location right in the centre, but on a very quiet street. The suite of rooms was perfect for our family with a living area and kitchen so we could prepare meals for our 1 year old granddaughter.

My only criticism is that a kettle would have been useful!

The reception stayed late no problem to accommodate our family's late night arrival. The staff all spoke English and were so kind to our family! I would highly recommend Aragon apartments to anyone looking for comfort and convenience to the heart of Brugge!

Nice, spacious place to stay in the center

The apartments have great location in a quiet street, all sights are in walking distance. The rooms are very spacious for a family of 5 or even 6. There is an excellent basseries nearby where you can buy breakfast.

Parking can be a little bit challenging if you arrive by car.

Weekend trip

We really enjoyed this apartment. It was perfect for our group of 7. We parked the car in the garage and was able to leave it there all weekend. The city is very walkable.

The beds were 2 twin beds pushed together so there was a pretty big gap in the middle. It would have been nice to have more kitchen towels/paper towels to use. The trash can is also very small, but I had an extra we used.
