Beautiful well maintained apartments in the heart of the city .

Absolutely great location pictures of it don’t do it justice. The rooms are nice and big the beds comfortable we were so pleased with the whole apartment. Was kept very clean and tidy , the kitchen was well equipped even though we didn’t use it except for the coffee machine and the kettle . Very close to everything we found The Hide which was just down the road for breakfast absolute must if you dont want to cook opens at 8.30 am . The bathroom had a shower and bath there was shower gel shampoo and conditioner too. The toilet was separate from the bathroom as we were two couples travelling together we found this great . We were in apartment St-Donaas ground floor 2 bedroom .

Only downside was the people staying in the apartment above us were heavy footed and you could hear them walking a carpet perhaps might help muffle the noise . Also you could hear water running in the wall of the lounge but that’s the only negative I can say .

Fabulous accommodation, close to town, beautifully appointed - highly recommend.

The apartment was beautiful and so spacious. Fabulous location - so close to the town square. Excellent manual for use of facilities, restaurant recommendations, activity suggestions. Loved meeting the host and reading the history of the building. Great laundry. Really well appointed with plates, glasses, utensils and sugar/cooking oil/salt & pepper etc. Lovely towels, shower products, furniture. We traveled Europe as a family for three weeks and this was our favourite accommodation. Congratulations on a lovely business. Have already recommended to several friends.

Amazing stay with family

The accommodation was extremely comfortable and spacious.Great location for the centre so we could drop our shopping off before heading out again! The honesty bar was a great idea and Tom and his parents were extremely hospitable- we loved the visit to the private cellar and enjoyed the wonderful Belgian hospitality.

I liked pretty much everything about stay in De Drie Koningen - spacious living room, comfy beds, and great location. But the honesty bar was a truly brilliant idea!

I found the host's request to sort and take out the rubbish a bit challenging. Even though the instructions were quite detailed, it was still unclear at times, especially since a few bins seemed to be missing. Given the price of the stay, it might be more reasonable for the cleaning team to handle this part.

Nothing! I will say though that if you’re just going to sleep and not stay in the Airbnb , because of the price, this might not be the Airbnb for you (unless you don’t mind paying). The Airbnb is so beautiful that it makes sense to utilise it

A wonderful location and great apartment.

The property was in an excellent location for central Bruges. The apartment was very clean throughout with all necessary kitchen equipment in a great modern style and the bathroom was stylish with lovely toiletries for our use. The garden looked like a fabulous space with a pool but the weather meant we didn’t get to appreciate it on this trip.

We found the bedrooms a little inconsistently chilly, but other areas in the apartment seemed warmer. There was a broken table lamp in the larger bedroom. The apartment could use some more standing lamps & table lamps throughout to create a more cosy setting.

Really lovely apartment. We had stayed here before, and came back as we were so impressed last time. The apartment we were allocated had a lovely large open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area. Air conditioning throughout and a beautiful clean bathroom. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed with a good range of furniture. We slept really well. We bumped in to the owner, Tom, a few times and he was very friendly and gave us some extra information about the property. It's a family run business and we were very happy to support it. An excellent location and well priced. We will definitely return! There are a few steps up to the property so it would be worth mentioning when booking if that might be a consideration for some.

Excellent location, charming building that has been sympathetically renovated to a high standard.

First and foremost are the owners of this beautiful property who were on site when we arrived, both Tom and his wife are very welcoming. The property is very old and only a stones throw from the heart of Bruges it has been in Tom's family a very long time intitially as a home and now as a fantastic boutique complex of appartments. Our appartment was on the first floor which has been beautifully renovated to a very high standard but maintaining many origional features. The apartment boasts a modern kitchen, bathroom, large living area and two large bedrooms. The stairs to our apartment are steep and curved, I wouldn't recommend to someone with limited mobility (both myself and friends are 60 years old and managed fine). On arrival Tom invited all the new arrivals to a welcome drink in a facinating cellar where he and his father were really helpful suggesting resturants, sites to visit and activities to undertake. There are three undercover parking spaces located within De Drie Koningen allocated on a first come first served basis for a very reasonable fee and a public carpark near by. This was my second visit to Bruges, the first time we stayed in a very nice hotel but having found this gem of an apartment we shall be staying here on subsequent visits, I cannot recommend highly enough, oh and there is a pool too.

Although not a problem to a group of sixty somethings I couldn't recommend our apartment to anyone with restricted movement due to the stairs, however there are other apartments within the complex on the ground floor.

Superb place to stay in the centre of Brugge

A friendly welcome from Tom, who helped us with our suitcases. The family welcome in the private cellar was a really nice way to get to know the hosts and other visitors. Great location just a few minutes away from the main square.

We were a family group of 10 and had 2 apartments. Both were beautiful, with all mod cons but still retaining original features. Loved reading about the history of the building. Kids loved the pool! Location was fab. Our third time in Bruges and the best accommodation so far. Tom was very helpful and friendly. Loved the honesty bar too. 😁

It couldn't have been better.

The appartment, St-Niklaas, was superb and ideal for our father and son break. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed, spacious and had everything we needed and more. To be able to make ourselves freshly ground coffee when we arrived was an added bonus. The central location was excellent for what we wanted to see, eat and drink. The information provided made planning our days very easy. The whole accommodation experience exceeded our expectations.
