Fantastic location, on a quiet street but still very close to the town centre. Terrace seating is nice. Layout is one double room on ground floor, 2 one floor up, and one single room on top floor leading to the terrace. Sufficient toilets and shower rooms.

There were not enough fans for each bedroom, for what has been an unusually hot summer. Pillows could have been more comfortable.

Couldn't find an iron but apart from that everything was very good

The apartment is in a good location, within easy walking distance of the centre of Bruges, which made it very convenient for sightseeing.

The apartment generally matches the written description, although the photos are somewhat misleading regarding the size of the rooms and their layout within the property. Unfortunately, the overall level of cleanliness was below expectations. There were no wardrobes or suitable storage spaces for clothes, nor was there any dedicated area for luggage. Although we were aware that there was no washing machine available for guests, providing a drying rack would have been a useful addition. The refrigerator is quite small and not really suitable for a larger family. The bed linen showed clear signs of wear, the shower mats were visibly dirty, and some of the kitchen utensils and dishes were not properly clean. The kettle contained water when we arrived, and the heavy limescale build-up made it unusable. Some bedrooms do not have bedside tables, which would improve comfort. The outdoor spaces are also of limited practical use. As people who care about the environment, we were disappointed that there were no instructions or facilities for separating and recycling household waste. Overall, while the location is a definite advantage, several aspects of the apartment—particularly cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities—would benefit from significant improvement.
