Authentic and perfectly restored holiday villa with a lot of charm, this house is super well located, near the station of Bruges and the Zand and a few minutes' walk from the "Grote markt and the Belfry".

The holiday home consists of a spacious entrance hall with cloakroom, a beautiful living room with wooden floor and an authentic decorative fireplace with TV corner, the kitchen is top and fully equipped with all appliances, beautiful dining room overlooking the covered terrace and the sunny garden with trampoline and petangue track, downstairs there is a relaxation and / or sports room with football table, bird peak, cross trainer, a guest toilet, a laundry room, closed garage and 2 extra private parking spaces. On the first floor there are a total of 4 bedrooms, of which 2 bedrooms (1x double bed 2 pers, 1 x double bed + extra single bed) with their own luxury ensuite shower room and 2 more double bedrooms (+ extra bed) which are a beautiful share bathroom, 2 separate toilets.

We loved the property. A very beautiful home. HIstoric with excellent location. Easy walk to city centre and to shopping and restaurants. The house itself was great for 6 people to share meals and relaxation. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and overall the service was excellent.

Property was very clean but dated. About 1.2 miles walk to town center. Was advertised with AC but didn't have when we were there. It was a portable unit and was not set up. Our first night was warm. Overall a nice stay but could improve. Host did their best to help.

Really nice big house within 10 minutes walk of the train station. We were a group of 7 friends so the place was even perhaps too big for us! Spent most of the time out in the city but enjoyed playing a bit of table football while in the house. Would definitely recommend for a big group of people.

Ideally situated, spacious and comfortable house, located in peaceful suburban quarters within easy walking-distance of the Old Town. Nothing could be better suited for exploring the breathtaking charm of Bruges in combination with a private and atmospheric accommodation. The seaside being only a half-hour ride away the combination of gorgeous historic heritage and recreational outings to the beach makes this the absolutely perfect place for families with a taste in culture and a zest for the outdoors. Wonderful!

We loved this house. The backyard is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. It has plenty of bathrooms for large groups. It is close enough to walk to the city, but we rented bikes for the duration of our stay. It is cheap and an easy and fast way to get to wherever you want to go.

The home was not what we expected from the description or pictures. The house was musty, did not feel clean. The bed linens and towels felt old and not fresh. The towel heaters in the bathrooms did not work. We were told how to get in the house but nothing more. No instructions on how anything worked and no checking up on us to see if we needed anything. The house was much further from old town Brugge than expected. It is also located on a very busy street corner with people going by at all hours. It was very noisy both day and night.

Yet he did respond on the HomeAway message app.to our enquiry about lack of heating.What would have happened in a real emergency?Regarding the heating, he came and restarted it but suggested it would have been simple for us to have done so ourselves. We had a great stay in Bruges, this home is very comfortable with lots of room for everyone. It is a 5 min walk from the train station and about 20 min from the market square. You can walk through the minnewater which is very lovely. Bruges has to be about the cutest town I've ever seen, we had a great time eating waffles, chocolate, frites, moules - everything was amazing! Highly recommend the canal boat tour! Only complaint was there were about 5 different ways to make coffee but no actual coffee in the pantry.

We stayed in this wonderful property with our 2 year old and two friends. It was truly spectacular. The location is great. Far enough out that it is quite but close enough that you can still walk everywhere very easily! Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking in Bruges!

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights with both our parents and our two girls (both under the age of 2). Everyone had a fantastic time and the owner was very helpful and accommodating, coming round to help if we required any assistance. As frequent visitors of Bruges, we will certainly be staying here again.

This was our first experience with home away and first visit to Bruges and I must say it was a memorable one. Renoit was very helpful in helping us get to the house and giving us tips on where to go in Bruges. The house is a short walk from the train station and is an excellent place for a larger group. We also walked to the center of town from the house everyday which was an enjoyable stroll. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We highly recommend!! Thanks Renoit!!

This house is huge - all rooms are much larger than average, and there are quite a lot of rooms! 4 large bedrooms, immaculate bathrooms/shower rooms, large lounge with plenty of seats, a games room, large kitchen with enormous table seating about 10 people, another large table outside next to the barbecue, which although outside is actually covered by the house! Tidy large garden with an in-ground trampoline, and a deck area with garden furniture. The house is in a quiet area about 5 minutes walk from Bruges railway station, and from there you can get a bus or a cab into the centre. A tip - if there are more than three of you, take a cab - its as cheap as the bus at about 7/10 euros one way. Reinout is very pleasant to deal with and most helpful.

Beautiful house. Very well equipped and very helpful owner. We were 2 families (4 adults, 6 children) and the house worked perfectly for us. Lots of space, very clean, well equipped kitchen, plenty of bedding and blankets, plenty of bathrooms. House has trampoline, piano, table football and darts. It is about 15/20 minutes walk into Bruges old town. Our children were aged between 8 and 15; families with very young children/toddlers should be aware that the bannister on the landing is quite low. Really lovely.Highly recommended.

Op 20 min lopen van het centrum van Brugge. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Luxe comfortabele bedden. Douche mist wat krachtige straal, maar kan bewust zijn voor langdurige katerige douchers. Zondag 11u vertrek is ook krab na een heel gezellig weekend, daar zit nog wat winst. Verder droeg t huis juist door t slechte weer bij aan een geweldig vriendenweekend.

Super stay - the host was extremely flexible with us as we left our bags early and were able to eat outside before going out, and then he allowed us to stay late. Thank you, it was much appreciated! The space was great - we were on a team event so it was great to be able to spread out. The house is beautiful and nicely done up and there was nothing missing. The only downside was that there was constantly a smell of sewers - maybe the taps are not used very often so there is stagnant water? Thank you!

Wir waren zu elft (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) und haben den Aufenthalt in der geräumigen Villa sehr genossen. Es gibt 3 3er-Zimmer und 1 2er Zimmer, wobei vom Platz her auch eines der Einzelbetten aus einem 3er-Zimmer in eines der anderen 3er-Zimmer gestellt werden kann. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Besonders das Trampolin, der Kicker und das Dartspiel hat den Kindern gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert. Man könnte einen halben Stern Abzug dafür geben, dass es sauber und nicht sehr sauber war ;-). Da man aber nur volle Sterne vergeben kann, gibt's 5 Sterne.
