Very comfortable house in great location - would stay again and recommend to others.

Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Great location - only a 10 minute walk into the centre of historic Bruges. Excellent communication with the owner before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out were easy.

Nothing, everything was great. However, the stairs might prove a challenge to those less mobile.

Nice and spacious house in a short walking distance from the city centre.

Host was nice and quick in response. The house was very spacious and it had all the facilities, so that was nice. It was clean.

The first part of the stairs is missing a railing, that would be nice to have and the stairs/first floor creaked a bit, not annoying. The mattress of one of the beds were hard for me, but that is personal preference.

Beautiful apartment

The living /dining room is amazing, kitchen has everything you would need. Beautiful backyard. And the host kindly provides with extras like: nice beers, etc, which is so convenient. Clear communications, great location, would stay again.

It is not what we didn't like, but just a note, if you have any mobility issues, the second and 3rd floor are acceptable via stairs therefore you need to consider this. But we had no such issues.

Nice stay

There is plenty of space in the house and everything you need is already available: Spices, tea, cutlery, crockery, washing-up liquid and even a selection of beers! The host is very helpful and responded immediately when we had a small issue. The location is close to city centre and there is free parking nearby. A nice little pub 50 m down the road.

The stairs are a challenge The noise on the side facing the street is disturbing . The couch is getting on in years and should be cleaned

A fantastic space and superbly furnished. The photos don't do the town house justice. The location is ideal - just on the edge of the main town. Easy access to parking.

Good

The house is super big, so if you are traveling with friends you can live on different floors (there are two separate bedrooms and two couches). It has a nice garden with a BBQ, so if the weather is fine, it is a perfect chance to spend time outside and enjoy a bbq. The kitchen is equipped with all needed things including tea and coffee. TV and sound system are amazing. The host looks like a very interesting and friendly person.

The host should definitely change the cleaning company immediately. I am not sure if they are cleaning at all, because the floor is covered with dust, bedding is dirty as well. The strangest thing was that the bins in the restrooms were on the toilets (I could guess that it is for cleaning the floor, but is there a problem to put them down?). The main bathroom is located on the second floor while the bedrooms are on the third. It is not a problem, but the floor creaks - this sound will definitely wake up other guests.

Superb

Indeed, it was very spacious. Three levels, high ceiling, two sections of the backyard. Full kitchen with many things. The bathroom on the second floor was really large. The entertainment unit was also great with little help. We stayed two nights on one of the hottest days in July. There is no AC with one working fan. We opened the all windows for a night. It was very noise with the cars but I didn't mind being there. The key is "spacious house" after a several hotels. I also enjoyed sitting in the backyard. There is full set of grills beside the patio for use. Our family enjoyed it very much. The owner/manager was very responsible and helpful. Thank you!

Because of the structure inside, this place is not for young children/ toddler/baby or mobility issue. I would not recommend it at all. Or anyone who is afraid of high. The cleaning staff can do a better job but overall, it was a good experience with lots of spaces.

Pleasant

Great location, <10 mins walk from the centre, and a large space easily suitable for 2 couples.

The house had obviously not been cleaned - with mouldy food left in the cupboards, and used, mouldy coffee grounds in the percolator. I raised this with Lander (the host) via WhatsApp, but this was completely ignored - not even an apology or acknowledgement. I didn't expect anything, and was happy just to clean it myself, but it seems that Lander is unwilling to accept fault or learn from errors, and so will keep making these errors with future guests. Disappointing, given what a lovely house it is.

We can recommend this house very much

Just as the name says - its a spacious house on 3 floors. Everything necessary is there, full equiped kitchen, TV and desktop pc (we didn't use). Wi-Fi is working well. The owner was very friendly and helpfull. There is a huge file with all the helpfull advices you might need in a foreign city. The house is just a 10 minutes walk from the historic city center. Thank You for some very nice, comfortable and interesting days in Brugge!

There are free stairs which might cause some problem for elderly

Nice stay

It was a full kitchen. No need to buy sugar, salt, olive oil, etc. It is close to the train station and 12 mins walk to the city center. The heating system was enough for heating the entire house. The area is really nice and calm. Lander is a great host to help you with any problem.

The stairs are a little bit steep, the bathroom is on the second floor and the bedrooms are on the third. For night pit stops it could be annoying but during the daytime the WC in the basement is useful.

Very nice home with large bedrooms and a nice bathroom! clean and tidy with a very friendly and helpful owner! We had a minor issue (not the owner's responsibility) but Lander solved the problem immediately (although it was late night). We strongly recommend this property!! Note: Due to our job we are traveling many days per year and we have seen a lot of hotels, apartments etc

It is not recommended for very old people because bedrooms are on the third floor.

Huge open plan house, owner is great and very friendly. Informative prior to check in and happy to answer questions. Location is good with a 10/15 minute walk into the centre. Also only 15 mins from train station. Free parking just across the road is a bonus!

A comfortable and stylish apartment close to the beautiful mediaeval centre of Bruges

The owner provided lots of detailed information beforehand so there was no last minute concerns about how to access the property, and once at the property information on appliances, recycling etc. He also gave lots of helpful advice about activities and reliable recommendations for shops, restaurants, cafes, waffles, chocolate and beer . It was too cold to appreciate the garden but we could see that would be lovely too

It was perfect for our party of 4 adults. I would be anxious about the metal central staircase if people were less mobile or there were small children
