Cold hot-tub and no shampoo for the most expensive suite.

Nice breakfast and spa (you have to play extra)

I booked the most expensive suite to have a special weekend but was below expectations. The private external hot-bath wasn’t hot enough and they could not fix it. I basically picked the room manly for the hot-tub. There was no privacy enough as I could be seen from the street below or buildings with the same height, as I stayed in the external bath. The shower had an empty shampoo container and when they brought one, was too late. Too expensive for what I got back.

Perfect place for a couples short break

Nicely appointed, all the facilities you could want whilst retaining a boutique, personal feel. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the omelettes but the fresh fruit and continental options were superb.

Peaceful stay by the lake

Parc Hotel Flora has beautiful views of palms and the mountains from it's back garden. The breakfast buffet is large and in a nice patio room with views outside. The pool has lots of chairs and umbrellas, and the lake is just a short walk down a path by the hotel. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was well sound-proofed. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of closet and luggage space to spread out a bit. There was also a safe large enough for laptops. We appreciated the complementary bruschetta and salami when we ordered drinks by the pool. While we were there we took advantage of a free yoga class one morning and free appetizers and live music one evening. The gelateria in front of the hotel was delicious, and you can also walk in the beautiful gardens of the Hotel du Lac et du Parc next door.

We were there when it was very hot in August, and the air conditioning in our room could not cool down enough. It was fine during the day, but we were hot during the night while trying to sleep.

Amazing, we will definitely be back!

The hotel and surrounding areas were lovely. The rooms were large and clean and the bike hire was great. All the staff were brilliant and breakfast was exceptional with lots of fresh choices

We liked the distance to the main town, we either walked it or cycled it and both were great. If you aren’t that mobile it’s a bit of a walk but the most breathtaking view

Perfect hotel

A beautiful hotel inside and out. Location is good , a short walk into the centre of Riva . Parking available . The room was comfortable and breakfast delicious . . The views were outstanding.

Highly recommended

So glad that we chose this lovely hotel. Relaxing environment, beautiful elegant surroundings, each member of staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful - we would definitely recommend the Parc Flora to friends and would love to revisit some day. We visited the Spa which was peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was extensive in choice and you could eat on the verandah if you wanted to overlooking the well maintained gardens and swimming pool. Overall, a really great stay.

Wonderful hotel with great views

The garden of the hotel where you can have breakfast is wonderful, staff is very polite and helpful and the way to the lake is also short. Breakfast is very delicious with a lot of options to choose from. If you travel by car, you have parking space in front of the hotel and in the garage which is nice.

Well presented boutique hotel with wonderful staff

Very welcoming and friendly staff, reception, bar, restaurant and pool areas all spotlessly well presented. Garage parking was a real bonus. We had a comfort double room with view to the side overlooking the neighbouring hotel pool which was very peaceful. Our bed was very comfortable although the bathroom which had a shower was quite a small space but clean and manageable. The continental breakfast was lovely with options to suit all. The pool area was great for a late afternoon relax / swim and V the gardens were immaculately presented. There is a walk from the pool area down to the lake area which is stunning, a 15 min walk takes you into Riva del Garda with ample shops bars and restaurants, you can pick up a ferry here to take you along the lake. The hotel has an ice cream parlour at the front which provides the very best ice creams of your choosing. The Main Street offers restaurants and shops. Overall very well situated with / without a car. We drove to Simione but otherwise took the ferry or bus to other destinations such as Limone and Malcesine. We had 4 days at this hotel which was a perfect amount of time for us as we were touring.

Small gripe that the Shower in our room was very small, Otherwise very pleased and highly recommended

Wonderful place to stay in Riva del Garda!

The pool, the spa experience, the breakfast were all superb!

It was a bit hot in the room so I had to open the sliding glass door to the balcony; that cooled it off, but then there was a lot of street noise coming in. Also, although they advertise having “direct beach access,” it’s not right on the beach, but 300+ meters walk to the beach.

Superb

The location of the hotel was great. Beach was very near and there was lots of restaurants nearby. Still it was pretty peaceful and quiet. Walking to the beautiful center of Riva took only about 10 minutes. Hotel staff was really helpful. Also the breakfast was wonderful.

The only thing we did not like was that the hotel had a small artificial pond on the yard which had 3-4 big catfishes. I think it is animal cruelty to keep fishes in that small pond without any stimulus.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family. Everyone was friendly and even before we arrived, could not do enough to ensure our stay was as stress free as possible. Spa and breakfast were both superb, as were reception staff and offerings in the bar!

We had to leave, but we can always come back and tell our oen family and friends all about Flora.

Really lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Location was excellent - just off the lake shore and walking distance to the old town. Facilities were super with a fantastic spa in the basement. On site parking was great for our car hire too.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the pillows quite hard. They potentially would have given us different pillows if we'd asked to be fair, but we didn't
