A really nice place to rest and relax for a short holiday

I was missing a proper bin for the room and a fridge these days is something you count with. Especially during the hot days it wasnt pleasant to be without a fridge.

Family holiday

Hotel is very clean, location is perfect, with just a short walk to the lake. The room was a good size with a nice balcony. Additionaly, the hotel features a great playroom for kids. The only issue we encountered was that iron was not available in the hotel, which was a bit inconvinient. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean , family friendly place to stay near the lake .

Great hotel with a lovely friendly and relaxed atmosphere

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I was made to feel really welcomed and they went above and beyond when an airstrike could have left me stranded in Italy with no where to stay. The location was ideal to visit exporivaschuh with the lake just a short stroll away, with some lovely restaurants near by too. The garden area was lovely to relax in on an evening after a hard day working.

The beds were a little on the hard side, but that is just my personal preference.

Horrible service, rude staff. I forgot my brand new shoes in the closet after checkout for approximately 1 h. I called them and they said there are no shoes. I am sure I forgot my shoes there. Air conditions are not working and they insist, that is working. Breakfast is very poor...

Wonderful hotel with many housing options, great breakfast, and even better facilities: very comfy lobby & sitting zone, inviting poolside, and a chill front yard with bar & snacks wagon. the location is amazing. ideal for families, couples, and visitors with rented vehicles. the staff were super friendly and helped us immensely with multiple requests (Covid tests, car issues) with a friendly smile, super nice family

Good location: just 100 m away from beach. With free private parking (but you would struggle to find a place to park at certain time of the day). It also comes with a private pool and breakfast included also is a plus

I rely on the truthfulness of the booking hotel information. Booking.com HAS TO provide accurate parking information: when booking (July) it was stated: private parking, reservation is not necessary !! on the day of arrival: the parking lot was totally full, parking was accesible also to non hotel quests (!!) I was advised 800m to a public unguarded parking lot. Thanks to the help of the staff it was possible to unload the luggage and park " in an emergency place" for a while. The same on the day of departure. Hotel is in the centre, so its obvious that place is a topic, so expect from all parties to be open and real.

Lovely staff, amazing breakfast, really nice pool + little garden where you could chill. Also we loved our balcony! The hotel bar is pretty nice too and there was good music in the front of the hotel all day :)

There was only one power outlet and in the morning the guests on the hallway were pretty loud at times, but that’s of course not on the hotel

Absolutely fantastic place. Near the lake, near the center, near restaurants, pizzerias, cafes. Amazing, nice and very helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Beautiful, clean pool in a pleasant environment. Seamless communication. We fell in love with this place. Nothing can be criticized, we will be happy to come again.

Good location, close to the lake. Really nice pool and terrace, personal is very friendly. We could lock the bikes in a closed cottage.

The bathroom in our room was not very clean the first day, but in the next day it was better.

A good choice

The hotel is in a good location: near the beach, near the restaurants, about 20 mins of walking to the city centre. The pool is very clean and it´s an excellent peaceful place for the afternoon chill. The parking space is next to the hotel and is for free. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly. Caffe Brione is just PERFECT- the chairs, music, drinks, atmosphere. We loved that!

We had a room with the windows facing the street and it´s really noisy during the whole night. The air-condition was not sufficent, it did not cool the whole room during the night. The staff promised to check that. Although the breakfast was rich, the staff could have been nicer and more smiling. When you come to the breakfast, you need to wait to be seated and cannot choose a table (probably in a relation with what type of room you have).

As per the “cots and extra beds” policy, it was said that for babies under 2, there was no extra cost for a cot and it was available upon request, so I requested it. However, the property emailed me to confirm if I needed a cot in the room and to inform that the cost was 25€/night. So I replied back saying what I read in the policy and also confirming that I really needed the cot. When we arrived at the property, there was no cot in the room and no option of putting it for the first night - so we had a really bad night. Second night we were moved out to a different room with a cot and it was better.

Good hotel in nice location close to the lakeshore. Very friendly staff, great breakfast. We had a nice room with a balcony to the garden. would definitely come back.

The mattress of the bed was quite hard, good to know for someone who is very sensitive.
